El trobareu al\u00a0<strong>barri de Santa Catalina<\/strong>, a la part alta de la Pla\u00e7a Progr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;un espai di\u00e0fan i agradable en el qual hi preparen un\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa de migdia de dilluns a dijous<\/strong>, mentre que cada divendres hi trobareu suggeriments com ara les\u00a0<strong>croquetes casolanes<\/strong>, l&#8216;<strong>hamburguesa especial<\/strong>, l&#8216;<strong>amanida\u00a0de salm\u00f3 marinat<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0ciurons escaldins amb ou escalfat Tamb\u00e9 hi fan\u00a0<strong>llonguets\u00a0<\/strong>per berenar.<\/p>\n<p>Els creadors del restaurant Mesclat s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>Miquel Matas<\/strong>\u00a0i els germans\u00a0<strong>Santi i Gaspar Sastre<\/strong>, que l&#8217;any 2014 varen obrir el restaurant Sa Nau, al pol\u00edgon de Can Valero de Palma, amb una filosofia similar, amb la qual s&#8217;estan fent un nom en el panorama culinari de la capital de Mallorca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuina fresca, de mercat i de qualitat.
