Hi trobam una cuina mediterr\u00e0nia. A la carta hi trobareu les croquetes, com les de botifarr\u00f3 amb formatge blau o les de gamba vermella. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha altres plats com l&#8217;arr\u00f2s negre amb pop,\u00a0el bacall\u00e0 amb colflori, el canel\u00f3 de pollastre de pollastre rostit,\u00a0les galtes de porc amb pur\u00e9 de patata trufat, entre altres propostes. Les postres de la casa s\u00f3n les llesques de papa (<em>torrijas<\/em>), per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hi ha altres propostes com el brownie, el coulant de xocolata i el past\u00eds de poma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Curiositats i hist\u00f2ria<br \/>\n<\/strong>El restaurant Xalest va obrir les portes el mes d&#8217;octubre de 2021 i el seu xef \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Xema \u00c1lvarez<\/strong>, conegut per ser el fundador del restaurant Catalina La Fina (actualment tancat), que l&#8217;any 2019 va guanyar el concurs Tapalma.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant Xalest es troba a Palma, concretament al carrer de la Concepci\u00f3, on antigament s&#8217;hi va ubicar el restaurant O Arco, popular als anys 90. Xalest \u00e9s la proposta culin\u00e0ria de l&#8217;hotel Concepci\u00f3 by Nobis, un establiment que tamb\u00e9 ocupa una part del que va ser Es Carrer\u00f3, un dels bars de copes m\u00e9s popular durant els anys 90.
