Hi ha una gran varietats de sabors, elaborats amb llet fresca d&#8217;AGAMA\u00a0i tamb\u00e9 sense lactosa, amb m\u00e9s de 60 gustos diferents, tan de dol\u00e7os com de salats i amb alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de gelats i sorbets, tamb\u00e9 hi elaboren pastissos i coques dolces com les coques de patata, les panades, cocarrois de ceba i, tamb\u00e9, orxata. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha gelats que nom\u00e9s fan durant l&#8217;estiu com el d&#8217;alfabeguera, de tremp\u00f3 i el d&#8217;herba-sana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 artesanal i els ingredients de primera qualitat s\u00f3n la clau del seu \u00e8xit.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Miquel Solivellas\u00a0<\/strong>(de Caimari) i\u00a0<strong>Apol\u00b7l\u00f2nia Vallori<\/strong>\u00a0(d&#8217;Inca) varen obrir la Gelateria Ca&#8217;n Miquel l&#8217;any\u00a0<strong>1979<\/strong>.
