S&#8217;hi ofereix una proposta variada en la qual hi destaquen els plats de cuina mallorquina, com ara els caragols, les alberg\u00ednies farcides, les sopes, el frit o la rajada amb tombet, entre d&#8217;altres propostes. Tamb\u00e9 hi destaquen les propostes dolces com la greixonera d&#8217;avellana, la terrina de formatge amb confitura de pruna, el brownie de xocolata o la mousse de formatge i mango.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>fam\u00edlia Genestar &#8211; Soler<\/strong>\u00a0es dedica a la restauraci\u00f3 des de l&#8217;any 1990, quan varen agafar la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;antic Celler Canyamel.
