{"id":51648,"date":"2021-04-08T11:40:17","date_gmt":"2021-04-08T09:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/restaurant\/andana-palma-restaurant"},"modified":"2023-10-04T14:19:14","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T12:19:14","slug":"andana-palma-restaurant","status":"publish","type":"restaurant","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/restaurant\/andana-palma-restaurant","title":{"rendered":"Andana Palma Restaurant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0<strong>restaurant Andana<\/strong>\u00a0va obrir les portes el mes de maig de 2020, despr\u00e9s de viure els moments m\u00e9s durs i m\u00e9s plens d&#8217;incertesa de la pand\u00e8mia generada per la covid-19.\u00a0<strong>Maca de Castro\u00a0<\/strong>va decidir no obrir el restaurant d&#8217;alta cuina al Port d&#8217;Alc\u00fadia i centrar totes les forces amb el seu germ\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Dani\u00a0<\/strong>per obrir el primer restaurant del grup de Castro a\u00a0<strong>Palma<\/strong>, a l&#8217;antiga estaci\u00f3 del tren de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha que ha definit Andana com una aposta comercial que no est\u00e0 barallada amb la qualitat. Tal vegada seria m\u00e9s encertat definir-la com un pret-a-porter de la cuina selecta, \u00e9s a dir, una manera de fer-la accessible al gran p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n<p>Maca de Castro hi elabora<strong>\u00a0plats senzills, amb producte local i de temporada, ben cuinats<\/strong>, amb molt d&#8217;esment.<\/p>\n<p>Hi hem tastat les llenties fetes en paella, amb gamba i fumet de marisc, com va popularitzar Toni Serapio del restaurant Sa Roqueta (Portitxol). Tamb\u00e9 hem passat gust amb els ous romputs amb t\u00f2fona, o la coca. Altres plats que hi podeu trobar, segons l&#8217;\u00e8poca de l&#8217;any s\u00f3n els potons amb caragols, les croquetes de la casa o el jarret (part posterior de la juntura de les potes de darrere) de me, fet a baixa temperatura.
