El producte local \u00e9s el protagonista d&#8217;una carta que varia segons la temporada i en la qual les arrels de la cuina mallorquina hi s\u00f3n ben presents.<\/p>\n<p>El toc creatiu l&#8217;hem trobat en propostes com un aperitiu que consistia en uns\u00a0<strong>canelons d&#8217;oliva trencada i d&#8217;oliva farcida<\/strong>, combinats perfectament amb un gelat de mostassa. Tamb\u00e9 hi hem tastat bons arrossos, com l&#8216;<strong>arr\u00f2s a la llauna<\/strong>\u00a0amb peix i gambot o la<strong>\u00a0perdiu amb g\u00ednjols glacejats i pur\u00e9 de boniato, servit amb el brou de l&#8217;ocell a part<\/strong>.
