El restaurant es va obrir el mes de desembre de l&#8217;any 1994, a la casa dels avis de la propiet\u00e0ria, Cati Mar\u00ed, que antigament era una botiga. Mar\u00ed va heretar la passi\u00f3 i l&#8217;ofici de la restauraci\u00f3 dels seus pares, que varen regentar el restaurant Es Mol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Al restaurant Es Rebost de Can Prats, hi fan una cuina casolana, saborosa, amb plats t\u00edpics eivissencs com els pebrassos amb sobrassada (nom\u00e9s en temporada, tardor), l&#8217;ensalada amb crostes i peix sec, la frita de pop (amb ceba tendra, pebres i patata), l&#8217;assortiment de formatges eivissencs (Companatge, Ses Cabretes).
