{"id":53418,"date":"2018-10-22T17:06:07","date_gmt":"2018-10-22T15:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/restaurant\/restaurant-es-ventall"},"modified":"2023-10-04T14:35:56","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T12:35:56","slug":"restaurant-es-ventall","status":"publish","type":"restaurant","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/restaurant\/restaurant-es-ventall","title":{"rendered":"Restaurant Es Ventall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des de l&#8217;any 1982, la fam\u00edlia Bonet ofereix una carta basada en la cuina tradicional eivissenca, en la qual no hi falten els plats selectes i creatius, a m\u00e9s dels arrossos, uns fogons que comanda el cuiner Jos\u00e9 Miguel Bonet.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;espai \u00e9s elegant, agradable, on els elements naturals com la pedra i la fusta i l&#8217;espart hi s\u00f3n presents, uns elements que estan en harmonia amb els productes que s&#8217;hi cuinen, uns aliments frescos i de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>De Jos\u00e9 Miguel Bonet podem dir que es va formar a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria, el seu mentor va ser Felipe de la Pe\u00f1a, per passar despr\u00e9s a l\u2019Escola Hoffman de Barcelona. Ha passat per les cuines de Celler Can Roca, Sol\u00e9 Graells, a Barcelona, Llant\u00e9n de Valladolid i Pepe Solla de Pontevedra. Els anys 2008 i 2010 va aconseguir el tercer lloc en el Campionat de Balears de Cuiners. Ha estat seleccionat per a l\u2019elecci\u00f3 del Cuiner Revelaci\u00f3 2016 en el certamen de Madrid Fusi\u00f3n.
