Els responsables s\u00f3n H\u00e9l\u00e8ne i St\u00e9phan, dos francesos enamorats de la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia. En la carta, hi tenen protagonisme les verdures i hortalisses, com la colflori feta al vapor i, despr\u00e9s, al forn acompanyada de salsa tahina; el caviar d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia, la conserva de llimona amb sardines o la coca negra de tom\u00e0tiga seca (amb carb\u00f3 actiu). Tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu plats de carn (com e filet de bou amb salsa bearnesa) i peix, i postres com el past\u00eds de crema de llimona.<\/p>\n<p>Smack, que significa besada col\u00b7loquialment en franc\u00e8s, va n\u00e8ixer l&#8217;any 2017 a partir de la terrassa &#8218;clandestina&#8216; de la casa de H\u00e9l\u00e8ne i St\u00e9phan a Ciutat Jard\u00ed, on hi oferien sopars amb belles postes de sol.
