Pau i Ariadna s\u00f3n els creadors del restaurant Clandest\u00ed de Palma. Una fonda, com el nom indica, clandestina. Al principi, idearen aquest concepte dins la botiga Cocinaria, per\u00f2 ara tenen un local propi al carrer de Guillem Massot de Palma. Nom\u00e9s s\u2019hi pot menjar amb reserva pr\u00e8via, encara que nom\u00e9s sigui una persona.<\/p>\n

Us hi serviran un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 fet amb plats de temporada. Una passeig de sabors basats en la cuina de Mallorca, per\u00f2 oberta a les creacions dels cuiners. El resultat \u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica enriquidora perqu\u00e8 permet crear un di\u00e0leg entre cuiner i comensal durant tot el proc\u00e9s de l’\u00e0pat.<\/p>\n

Molts dels plats que es cuinen estan fets amb kamado (una esp\u00e8cie de forn que permet torrar i cuinar a baixa temperatura, segons l’estil japon\u00e8s. Hi hem menjat un men\u00fa amb plats com burballes amb carxofa i me, frit de\u00a0safarn\u00e0ria, amb escuma de fonoll, verderol al forn amb salsa de licors d’herbes, magrat d’\u00e0nec amb verdolaga i figues i brownie (sense farina) amb carabassa i caf\u00e8 de figues (finca Son Mut Nou) amb gominola de figa de moro.\u00a0Tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu cerveses, vins i embotits mallorquins.<\/p>\n
