Cada detall est\u00e0 cuidat al m\u00e0xim, des de les rajoles fins a la coberteria. Un local fet amb encant on hi podem menjar plats com els ous de gallina amb ous d&#8217;eri\u00e7\u00f3, la pota de pop amb alls confitats i gel de julivert, com tamb\u00e9 musclos, navalles, clo\u00efsses i croquetes d&#8217;ib\u00e8ric.<\/p>\n<p>No es pot reservar taula, a no ser que sigui un grup de 8 persones o m\u00e9s (fins a 14) per al qual hi ha habilitat un menjador a la sala superior. No hi falten les &#8218;gildas&#8216; i les conserves de qualitat tant catalanes com gallegues.<\/p>\n<p>La vermuteria la Rosa es troba just devora la Pla\u00e7a Weyler, al costat del Gran Hotel de Palma.
