El Celler Can Amer d’Inca \u00e9s una aposta culin\u00e0ria que combina la bona cuina tradicional amb un toc avantguardista i, fins i tot, creatiu.<\/p>\n

Algunes de les especialitats del Celler Can Amer d’Inca s\u00f3n els calamars farcits, el bacall\u00e0 confitat, per\u00f2 l’aut\u00e8ntica especialitat \u00e9s la cuina amb producte de temporada que segueix l’ess\u00e8ncia de la cuina t\u00edpica i tradicional de Mallorca. Per exemple, en temps de bolets, hi preparen la coa de bou farcida de foie amb salsa de vi negre acompanyada de bolets, o en temps de carxofes, les podreu menjar farcides d’espinacs i brossat.<\/p>\n

El restaurant Can Amer es troba just devora del mercat cobert d’Inca.\u00a0El celler es va fundar l’any 1971 i des de l’any 2001 el regenta el fill dels fundadors, en Tomeu Amer, qui ha sabut reconduir perfectament la tradici\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria illenca al nivell de cuina selecta.<\/p>\n

Cal destacar el bon servei dels cambrers, professionals i atents en tot moment. L’espai \u00e9s molt acollidor. Conserva les antigues botes de vi, que aporten calidesa i singularitat al local.<\/p>\n
