Ara b\u00e9, el peix fresc \u00e9s un dels suggeriments estrella, com ara el\u00a0<strong>llom de rap amb pur\u00e9 de moniato i salsa de vi negre Mantonegro<\/strong>\u00a0o el bacall\u00e0 amb risotto negre amb esp\u00e0rrec verds i olives negres. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha plats de carn, com ara el tournedo de vedella sobre pur\u00e9 de moniato amb salsa de Porto i t\u00f2fona, i de la cuina tradicional de Mallorca, com el tremp\u00f3 (que serveixen amb pop) i la\u00a0<strong>porcella rostida amb poma caramelitzada i salsa de magrana<\/strong>. De postres, hi ha ensa\u00efmada farcida de gelat de cacauet, el past\u00eds strudel de poma amb gelat de vainilla, el gat\u00f3 amb gelat d&#8217;ametla o el carpaccio de pinya macerat amb gingebre i servit amb gelat de coco. Tots els plats de la carta es poden consultar al web del restaurant en diferents idiomes, tamb\u00e9 en catal\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Tant hi podeu anar a dinar com a sopar. Ara b\u00e9, \u00e9s recomanable reservar amb antelaci\u00f3. De fet, a l&#8217;estiu se sol comanar\u00a0taula amb una setmana d&#8217;antelaci\u00f3.
