Hi preparen entrants deliciosos, des de croquetes casolanes fins a tacons (callos) de bacall\u00e0 o petxines variades (zamburinyes).<\/p>\n<p>Entre els arrossos, cal destacar els t\u00edpics de senyoret o de pollastre, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en fan d&#8217;especials com ara el de coa de tonyina o el de perdiu.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi podeu menjar carn madurada, com una mitjana de vaca, de la qual pr\u00e8viament en serveixen un tast com a carpaccio.
