Hi trobareu una carta variada que abasta des del\u00a0<strong>peix fresc<\/strong>\u00a0(cap roig, r\u00e8mol, llam\u00e0ntol&#8230;) fins a\u00a0<strong>arrossos melosos<\/strong>, servits en calder\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu carn feta a la graella, una\u00a0<strong>hamburguesa suculenta<\/strong>\u00a0i propostes ben bones com la\u00a0<strong>gilda amb t\u00e0rtar<\/strong>\u00a0(tallat a m\u00e0), l&#8216;<strong>ensalada russa amb ventresca de bon\u00edtol\u00a0<\/strong>i el\u00a0<strong>past\u00eds casol\u00e0 de formatge, nous i mel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es troba en el local que anys enrere va ser molt popular,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/restaurant\/restaurant-es-mollet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Es Mollet<\/a>, que\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Salv\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0va regentar durant 30 anys i que el 2019 va tancar per mor de la seva jubilaci\u00f3.
