Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chestnut puree
  • Milk 300 g
  • Sugar 150 g
  • Ous three integers
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Butter for greasing the pan
  • Whipped cream to accompany
  •  Melted chocolate to decorate

Preparation

Grease it with butter a mold of plum cake. Mix all ingredients and pour them into the mold.

Bake the pudding in a water bath for about 1 hr and 1/4 or until clicking the center with a toothpick comes out clean. If you see halfway through cooking surface is colored, cover the pudding with aluminum foil.

When it is cooked, remove the pan from water bath and let cool the pudding.

When it is cool, remove the pudding from the mold and decorate with melted chocolate with a little milk. Serve it accompanied whipped cream.
