The best of Catalonian’s cuisine can be found here, from ‘caragols a la lluna’ (baked snails served with a spicy dipping and/or garlic mayonnaise) to sausages with white beans or ‘calçots’, which are a cross between spring onions and leeks, grilled, from the regions of Camarles or Valls in Catalonia (October to May). Also, there is lobster paella. Desserts, which include cottage cheese with honey and crème brûlée, are delicious. Straightforward and friendly treatment. Exclusive wines like Pingus or Vega Sicilia.
