El motiu \u00e9s la mort de\u00a0<strong>Francesc Pomar Mir<\/strong>, pastisser de Pastisseries Pomar (tamb\u00e9 coneguda com a<strong>\u00a0Can Pomaret<\/strong>) un dels negocis m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tics de l&#8217;illa. El seu trasp\u00e0s ha passat el dimarts 28 de gener, a 82 anys, per\u00f2 deixa una empremta inesborrable gr\u00e0cies als seus fills i nets s\u00f3n els que s&#8217;encarreguen de continuar el seu llegat.<\/p>\n<p><b>Francesc Pomar Aguil\u00f3 i Francisca Pomar\u00a0<\/b>crearen Pastisseries Pomar l&#8217;any 1902. Despr\u00e9s, el negoci pass\u00e0 als seu fill\u00a0<b>Joan Pomar Pomar<\/b>, i a\u00a0<b>la seva esposa Magdalena Mir Cladera. Fou a la<\/b>\u00a0d\u00e8cada dels anys 60, quan<b>\u00a0Francesc Pomar Mir<\/b>\u00a0i\u00a0<b>la seva muller, Francisca Oliver Roig<\/b>, agafaren el comandament\u00a0del negoci. Fou quan Pomar Mir va introduir nous conceptes, ingredients i receptes gr\u00e0cies al seu afany per aprendre, a trav\u00e9s de cursos i viatges que realitzava amb l&#8217;objectiu de<b>\u00a0situar la seva pastisseria com un referent<\/b>, cosa que va aconseguir.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any\u00a0<strong>2018\u00a0<\/strong>va recollir el premi de\u00a0<strong>Millor Pastisseria &#8211; Forn de Mallorca que l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears<\/strong>\u00a0(APEGIB) va atorgar a Pastisseries Pomar.
