Aquestes patologies estan relacionades amb processos com l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu i la inflamaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica, que afecten tant el fetge com els ronyons.\u00a0<strong>L&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de greix en el fetge, caracter\u00edstica de la malaltia del fetge gras, pot evolucionar fins a provocar fibrosi hep\u00e0tica i dany renal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per abordar aquests problemes de manera efectiva, \u00e9s essencial adoptar un enfocament integral que inclogui modificacions en l&#8217;estil de vida, especialment en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic. La\u00a0<strong>dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, rica en antioxidants i compostos antiinflamatoris<\/strong>, ha demostrat ser una eina efica\u00e7 per millorar la salut de les persones amb s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lica i malaltia del fetge gras.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta \u00e9s la principal conclusi\u00f3 de la\u00a0<strong>tesi doctoral de Maria Magdalena Quetglas Llabr\u00e9s<\/strong>, defensada recentment a la Universitat de les Illes Balears en el marc del programa de doctorat en Nutrici\u00f3 i Ci\u00e8ncies dels Aliments i dins l\u2019activitat investigadora del grup de recerca en Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria i Estr\u00e8s Oxidatiu (NUCOX) de la UIB.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta i exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estudi ha analitzat com una intervenci\u00f3 basada en la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia i l\u2019augment de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica influeix en pacients amb s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lica, centrant-se en la reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00edndex de massa corporal i el greix hep\u00e0tic, aix\u00ed com en la modulaci\u00f3 de la inflamaci\u00f3 i l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats han demostrat que les\u00a0<strong>persones amb s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lica i baixa adher\u00e8ncia a la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia presentaven nivells elevats d\u2019inflamaci\u00f3, estr\u00e8s oxidatiu i marcadors metab\u00f2lics desfavorables, com triglic\u00e8rids alts i colesterol HDL baix. Aix\u00ed mateix, aquelles persones amb un\u00a0<\/strong>consum elevat d\u2019aliments ultraprocessats mostraven pitjors indicadors d\u2019inflamaci\u00f3 i activitat antioxidant.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>sis anys d\u2019intervenci\u00f3<\/strong>, els pacients que varen aconseguir reduir el seu \u00edndex de massa corporal varen experimentar millores significatives en la seva salut, com ara menys obesitat abdominal, m\u00e9s control de la glucosa i reducci\u00f3 de la inflamaci\u00f3. En canvi, els pacients que no varen reduir el seu pes presentaven marcadors inflamatoris m\u00e9s alts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Microbiota intestinal i salut metab\u00f2lica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un dels aspectes m\u00e9s innovadors de la recerca ha estat l\u2019estudi de la relaci\u00f3 entre el percentatge de greix hep\u00e0tic i la microbiota intestinal en adults amb malaltia del fetge gras. La microbiota t\u00e9 un paper fonamental en la salut metab\u00f2lica, ja que regula processos com la inflamaci\u00f3, l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu i el metabolisme energ\u00e8tic.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats han demostrat que, despr\u00e9s de dos anys d\u2019intervenci\u00f3, va disminuir la pres\u00e8ncia de certs g\u00e8neres bacterians associats a processos inflamatoris i augment\u00e0 la de bacteris relacionats amb una millor salut metab\u00f2lica.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes troballes\u00a0<strong>reforcen la idea que la modulaci\u00f3 de la microbiota \u00e9s un mecanisme central pels beneficis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia i l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic en pacients amb s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lica i malaltia del fetge gras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest estudi confirma que seguir una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, acompanyada d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic, no nom\u00e9s ajuda a controlar el pes, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 millora la funci\u00f3 hep\u00e0tica i renal, redueix la inflamaci\u00f3 i enforteix el sistema antioxidant.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes conclusions posen de relleu la\u00a0<strong>import\u00e0ncia d\u2019integrar aquests h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong>\u00a0en les estrat\u00e8gies sanit\u00e0ries per combatre les malalties metab\u00f2liques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La tesi doctoral de Maria Magdalena Quetglas Llabr\u00e9s demostra els efectes positius d\u2019una intervenci\u00f3 basada en&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":100567,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-100565","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
