El&nbsp;<strong>celler 4kilos de Sergio Caballero i l\u2019en\u00f2leg Francesc Grimalt&nbsp;<\/strong>ha servit d\u2018escenari per explicar el singular cartell d\u2019enguany creat amb intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial i amb refer\u00e8ncies a la cultura audiovisual m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del vi. \u201cHem volgut refor\u00e7ar la idea del tast a deux i explorar un marc diferent com un metro de T\u00f2quio i una vestimenta i mobiliari sorprenent\u201d, diu&nbsp;<strong>Sergio Caballero<\/strong>, fundador del festival de m\u00fasica S\u00f3nar i copropietari juntament amb<strong>&nbsp;Francesc Grimalt<\/strong>&nbsp;del celler 4 Kilos Vin\u00edcola a Felanitx (Mallorca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La imatge&nbsp;&nbsp;innovadora de la campanya per a l\u2019edici\u00f3 n\u00famero 17 ha tengut la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019<strong>artista multidisciplinari Franc Aleu<\/strong>. Mallorca ha servit a m\u00e9s per escalfar motors amb la perspectiva del dia del Premi \u2013que tindr\u00e0 lloc el diumenge 23 de mar\u00e7 al Casino de Madrid- i ha culminat la pr\u00e8via amb un dinar a c\u00e0rrec de la xef mallorquina&nbsp;<strong>Maria Solivellas del restaurant Ca na Toneta<\/strong>. \u201cLa presentaci\u00f3 del premi sempre \u00e9s un joc d\u2019endevinar 7 vins a cegues, imitant la complexitat que es trobaran les 135 parelles de tastadors del concurs\u201d \u2013 explica Quim Vila, art\u00edfex del premi i propietari de Vila Viniteca. \u201cSempre ens ho passem molt b\u00e9 amb el vi\u201d \u2013 assegura el seu soci Siscu Mart\u00ed- \u201cens encanta descobrir i aprendre d\u2019elaboradors, varietats, territoris, i Mallorca ha sigut un perfecte escenari\u201d, conclou. En aquesta edici\u00f3 l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del certamen ha decidit excepcionalment ampliar fins a 135 parelles concursants i incrementar la dotaci\u00f3 a 50.000 euros. \u201cDespr\u00e9s d\u2019esgotar inscripcions en 3 minuts ens vam adonar de qu\u00e8 la llista d\u2019espera era m\u00e9s llarga que la de registrats \u2013 explica Quim Vila- per aix\u00f2 decidim augmentar excepcionalment en 15 parelles m\u00e9s el nombre de participants, i pujar 10.000 euros m\u00e9s en premis\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dotaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest 2025 es reparteix aix\u00ed: 1a parella classificada: 35.000 euros; 2a parella classificada: 10.000 euros; 3a parella classificada: 5.000 euros. D\u2019altra banda, el jurat del 17\u00e8 Premi suma la figura de la sommelier argentina Paz Levinson, la primera en obtenir el Court of Master Sommeliers\u2019 Advanced Sommelier Certificate i reconeguda internacionalment por ser jurat dels m\u00e9s prestigiosos premis del vi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paral\u00b7lel al concurs, m\u00e9s de 1.000 persones s\u2019apropen al Casino com a p\u00fablic per gaudir d\u2019un showroom de vins amb m\u00e9s de 40 cellers i, al migdia, un bufet de formatges seleccionats per Ardai. Les entrades es poden adquirir a la web de Vila Viniteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Premi t\u00e9 tastadors de 7 nacionalitats diferents que es preparen durant mesos per a poder aspirar a guanyar aquesta competici\u00f3. El Premi de Tast per Parelles est\u00e0 considerat un dels m\u00e9s prestigiosos per l\u2019alt\u00edssim nivell de dificultat del tast a cegues, i per l\u2019excepcional qualitat dels vins presentats. Les 135 parelles proven 7 vins a la Fase Classificat\u00f2ria que es presenten servits en copes Riedel. Nom\u00e9s 10 parelles passen a la Gran Final, on es tasten 7 vins m\u00e9s. Les 3 parelles que m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstiques encertin de cadascun dels vins seleccionats \u2013en el m\u00e9s estricte secret- seran les guanyadores. De cada vi, les parelles de tast han de descobrir el pa\u00eds (1 punt), la zona (1 punt), la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen (2 punts), las varietats de ra\u00efm (3 punts), l\u2019anyada (3 punts), l\u2019elaborador (3 punts) i la marca (2 punts). El comentari de tast ser\u00e0 valorat en cas d\u2019empat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El premi se celebra de forma alterna, un any a Madrid i un altre a Barcelona, i t\u00e9 lloc davant de notari, qui dona fe
