{"id":100812,"date":"2025-03-17T08:55:23","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T07:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/la-possessio-de-galatzo-acull-la-jornada-gastronomica-de-la-serra-de-tramuntana"},"modified":"2026-04-16T18:45:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:45:59","slug":"la-possessio-de-galatzo-acull-la-jornada-gastronomica-de-la-serra-de-tramuntana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/la-possessio-de-galatzo-acull-la-jornada-gastronomica-de-la-serra-de-tramuntana","title":{"rendered":"La possessi\u00f3 de Galatz\u00f3 acull la Jornada gastron\u00f2mica de la Serra de Tramuntana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Consell de Mallorca ha organitzat la&nbsp;<strong>Jornada gastron\u00f2mica de la Serra de Tramuntana: De la terra a la cuina<\/strong>, amb l&#8217;objectiu de promocionar els productes amb Distintiu Serra de Tramuntana, acompanyats de xefs de l\u2019illa ben reconeguts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment tindr\u00e0 lloc a la&nbsp;<strong>finca p\u00fablica de Galatz\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;el&nbsp;<strong>dissabte 29 de mar\u00e7<\/strong>&nbsp;amb l\u2019objectiu de posar en valor i donar a con\u00e8ixer la cultura gastron\u00f2mica i els productes locals que ja disposen del Distintiu Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aquesta finalitat s\u2019han<strong>&nbsp;programat durant tot el demat\u00ed diverses activitats: una fireta de productes, una visita guiada a les cases de Galatz\u00f3&nbsp;<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/ticketib.com\/events\/de-la-terra-a-la-cuina-jornada-gastronomica-de-la-serra-de-tramuntana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">la visita \u00e9s gratu\u00efta, per\u00f2 \u00e9s imprencindible reservar pla\u00e7a aqu\u00ed<\/a>)<strong>&nbsp;i a l\u2019hort de la Fundaci\u00f3 Esment per veure\u2019n el patrimoni natural i etnol\u00f2gic vinculat a l\u2019agricultura<\/strong>, la projecci\u00f3 d\u2019audiovisuals sobre la producci\u00f3 agr\u00edcola a la Serra i un&nbsp;<strong>concurs de receptes tradicionals<\/strong>&nbsp;en el qual els assistents podran participar amb les seves propostes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la jornada es nomenaran&nbsp;<strong>ambaixadors del producte Serra de Tramuntana alguns dels xefs mallorquins m\u00e9s reconeguts<\/strong>, pel seu comprom\u00eds amb la cultura i la gastronomia local, i amb la voluntat que contribueixin a visibilitzar els productes de la Serra i la import\u00e0ncia de consumir-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada&nbsp;<strong>finalitzar\u00e0 amb un dinar popular&nbsp;<\/strong>organitzat per Tramuntana XXI, amb el tradicional arr\u00f2s de carboner, elaborat per la xef&nbsp;<strong>Cati Pons<\/strong>, guanyadora del millor arr\u00f2s d\u2019Espanya amb aquesta recepta de la Serra de Tramuntana l\u2019any 2018. El dinar t\u00e9 el suport de&nbsp;<strong>Font Sorda<\/strong>&nbsp;i de&nbsp;<strong>Vinyes Mortitx<\/strong>, ambdues empreses amb Distintiu Serra de Tramuntana.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ticketib.com\/events\/de-la-terra-a-la-cuina-jornada-gastronomica-de-la-serra-de-tramuntana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Us hi podeu apuntar en aquest enlla\u00e7, el preu \u00e9s de 10 euros<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la presentaci\u00f3 de la jornada, celebrada el divendres 14 de mar\u00e7, hi varen assistir el conseller de Presid\u00e8ncia,&nbsp;<strong>Antoni Fuster<\/strong>, el director insular de Serra de Tramuntana,&nbsp;<strong>Antoni Solivellas<\/strong>, el gerent del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana,&nbsp;<strong>Llu\u00eds Vallcaneras<\/strong>, i el president de Tramuntana XXI,&nbsp;<strong>Joe Holles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a Fuster, aquesta jornada representa &#8220;l\u2019impuls definitiu que el Consell de Mallorca vol donar als productes de la Serra de Tramuntana; productes de proximitat que transmeten l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia d\u2019una manera de fer, respectuosa amb el medi ambient i basada en l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i la saviesa dels nostres avantpassats&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa complet es pot consultar en aquest enlla\u00e7.
