Guardonat amb una estrella Michelin i dos sols Repsol, aquest espai d&#8217;alta cuina dirigit pel xef&nbsp;<strong>\u00d2scar Molina&nbsp;<\/strong>renova enguany la seva proposta en tots els sentits: des de l&#8217;interiorisme fins a l&#8217;oferta culin\u00e0ria, sense perdre l&#8217;aut\u00e8ntic vincle que l&#8217;uneix a Eivissa, a la seva identitat i als seus ingredients per crear unes receptes \u00faniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El redisseny \u00e9s obra del reconegut&nbsp;<strong>estudi de Sandra Tarruella<\/strong>, que ha apostat per transformar la Gaia en un&nbsp;<strong>espai encara m\u00e9s harm\u00f2nic, c\u00e0lid i sensorial<\/strong>. Inspirat en l&#8217;arquitectura tradicional eivissenca, el nou disseny incorpora murs emblanquinats, porxos voltats i arcs de mig punt, elements que evoquen l&#8217;eleg\u00e0ncia s\u00f2bria i lluminosa de l&#8217;illa piti\u00fcsa major. &#8220;El nostre objectiu era traduir en forma i mat\u00e8ria all\u00f2 que \u00d3scar Molina i el seu equip proposen als seus plats: una cuina creativa, sofisticada i profundament honesta&#8221;, afirma Sandra Tarruella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma ha perm\u00e8s&nbsp;<strong>potenciar l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica amb una distribuci\u00f3 que acompanya el viatge immersiu dels men\u00fas<\/strong>. Des d&#8217;una barra central de formes org\u00e0niques per a les primeres mossegades, fins a una cuina vista i taules que es reparteixen entre racons \u00edntims, La Gaia es converteix en un recorregut culinari on cada espai t\u00e9 un prop\u00f2sit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Un creixement excel\u00b7lent&#8221;: aix\u00ed resumeix \u00d3scar Molina el nou cap\u00edtol de la Gaia. &#8220;Amb aquesta nova estructura pensam que arribarem a tenir uns resultats i unes t\u00e8cniques molt m\u00e9s m\u00e0giques. Entenem que un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 pot ser massa extens per a alguns; per aix\u00f2 hem volgut oferir una carta ens permet ampliar experi\u00e8ncies i ser m\u00e9s accessibles sense perdre identitat&#8221;, explica Molina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els plats continuen fidels a la seva filosofia: ingredients locals, t\u00e8cniques contempor\u00e0nies i un comprom\u00eds ferm amb l&#8217;autenticitat.
