Dos hotels \u00fanics, situats en enclavaments privilegiats de l&#8217;illa, estrenen les seves nits tem\u00e0tiques amb propostes \u00faniques que combinen gastronomia local, producte de proximitat, m\u00fasica en directe i una atmosfera inoblidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sopar entre esp\u00edgol: un viatge sensorial entre aromes, foc i capvespres<\/strong><br>Al camp de lavandes m\u00e9s extens de les Balears,&nbsp;<strong>The Lodge Mallorca<\/strong>, a&nbsp;<strong>sa Pobla<\/strong>, ofereix un espectacle per als sentits que es repeteix cada setmana. Les&nbsp;<em>Lavender Moonlight Evenings<\/em>&nbsp;se celebren al capvespre a l&#8217;antiga possessi\u00f3 de Gaieta Gran, entre extenses fileres en plena floraci\u00f3, on el perfum natural del paisatge es barreja amb les aromes de les brases del&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Singular,<\/strong>&nbsp;la proposta gastron\u00f2mica del qual gira al voltant del foc i el producte de temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El men\u00fa (90 \u20ac per persona) comen\u00e7a amb un aperitiu illenc que inclou especialitats com gaspatxo de s\u00edndria amb tremp\u00f3, coca de ceba amb sobrassada o amanides de tom\u00e0tigues de l&#8217;horta amb burrata. Com a plat principal, el comensal pot triar entre opcions com arr\u00f2s de gamba vermella i calamar de potera, arr\u00f2s de ceps amb t\u00f2fona negra i llom baix madurat o verdures de temporada. La vetllada culmina amb una selecci\u00f3 de postres artesanes com el gat\u00f3 d&#8217;ametlla i garrova o ensa\u00efmades variades, tot elaborat pel Forn de Can Rafel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia es completa amb vins mallorquins, que inclou el blanc i el rosat de Finca Serena i el negre La Locomotora, com tamb\u00e9 m\u00fasica en directe per amenitzar un entorn natural de pel\u00b7l\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nits tem\u00e0tiques davall els fassers: del camp a la taula amb m\u00fasica i vi local<br><\/strong>A nom\u00e9s mitja hora de l&#8217;enrenou de Palma,&nbsp;<strong>Finca Serena<\/strong>&nbsp;ofereix un rec\u00e9s de pau entre vinyes, oliveres i fassers. El seu&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Jacaranda, situat a la possessi\u00f3 del puig Molt\u00f3 (Montu\u00efri),&nbsp;<\/strong>recupera aquest any les dues ic\u00f2niques vetllades setmanals: els Dimarts d&#8217;Arrossos i els Dijous de Barbacoa, experi\u00e8ncies culin\u00e0ries que es fan a la fresca amb cuina en directe, m\u00fasica en viu i l&#8217;\u00e0nima mediterr\u00e0nia impregnant cada detall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada&nbsp;<strong>dimarts<\/strong>, els fogons es traslladen a l&#8217;exterior per preparar en viu una s<strong>elecci\u00f3 dels millors arrossos<\/strong>&nbsp;de l&#8217;illa: de marisc, pollastre de camp, verdures de l&#8217;horta\u2026 Els comensals tamb\u00e9 gaudeixen d&#8217;un aperitiu tradicional mallorqu\u00ed i un bufet de postres que homenatja la rebosteria local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada&nbsp;<strong>dijous<\/strong>, el caliu agafa el protagonisme:&nbsp;<strong>carn selecta i peix fresc es rosteixen davant dels comensals<\/strong>, i s&#8217;acompanyen de guarnicions fresques, cocteleria d&#8217;autor i vins de la vinya de la finca, elaborats amb varietats aut\u00f2ctones com premsal blanc, callet i gir\u00f3 ros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tots dos vespres s\u00f3n oberts tant a hostes com a visitants externs. Els arrossos tenen un preu de 60 \u20ac per persona, mentre que la barbacoa \u00e9s de 80 \u20ac. Els sopars comencen al capvespre, i s&#8217;organitzen en diversos torns per a m\u00e9s comoditat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tast a les vinyes de Finca Serena<br><\/strong>Una novetat especialment pensada per als amants del vi s\u00f3n els tasts a l&#8217;aire lliure que se celebren cada dijous de 18:00 ha 19:00 h, abans de la barbacoa.
