{"id":101966,"date":"2025-06-30T08:51:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-30T06:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/oli-meri-un-coctel-darrel-per-gaudir-durant-lestiu"},"modified":"2026-04-16T16:44:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T14:44:19","slug":"oli-meri-un-coctel-darrel-per-gaudir-durant-lestiu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/oli-meri-un-coctel-darrel-per-gaudir-durant-lestiu","title":{"rendered":"Oli Meri, un c\u00f2ctel d\u2019arrel per gaudir durant l&#8217;estiu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Denominaci\u00f3&nbsp;d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca va presentar dijous 26 de juny, a la&nbsp;<strong>cocteleria<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Coquetier<\/strong>&nbsp;de Palma, la proposta de c\u00f2ctel amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra per a aquest estiu, creaci\u00f3 en aquesta ocasi\u00f3 a c\u00e0rrec del bartender&nbsp;<strong>Biel Ramon<\/strong>&nbsp;(The Van Bar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenint en compte el paper de l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva en la cultura gastron\u00f2mica de Mallorca, el campi\u00f3 d\u2019Espanya de cocteleria en categor\u00eda de coneixement de l\u2019any 2024 i guanyador de les dues darreres edicions del Campionat de Cocteleria de les Illes Balears, ha fet servir un altre ingredient ben arrelat com \u00e9s la tom\u00e0tiga per aix\u00ed oferir una versi\u00f3 del pa amb oli que revisi el cl\u00e0ssic Bloody Mary, que acaba per ren\u00e9ixer en forma d\u2019Oli Meri i l&#8217;arrodoneix amb una ginebra amb bot\u00e0nics locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019entre les varietats d\u2019oliva autoritzades per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019Oli de Mallorca, Ramon s\u2019ha decantat per l\u2019aroma i matisos suaus que ofereix l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra 100% arbequina, que integra al conjunt de la mescla i en forma d\u2019aire, notes que encaixen a la perfecci\u00f3 amb el sabor de la tom\u00e0tiga i que donen com a resultat un glop untu\u00f3s i alhora lleuger que connecta amb les nostres arrels i tradicions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alineat amb la proposta de Ramon, es va acompanyar el c\u00f2ctel amb un \u2018berenar de vermadors\u2019, una sugger\u00e8ncia del cuiner Santi Taura en forma de biquini de tom\u00e0tiga i arengades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la Presentaci\u00f3 d\u2019Oli Meri, no hi varen faltar elaboradors del distintiu de qualitat i convidats de diferents \u00e0mbits, com ara el director insular de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica del Consell de Mallorca, \u00c1lvaro Roca, el president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Bartenders de les Illes Balears, Juan Antonio Garc\u00eda i el president de APAEMA, Miquel Coll, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aquells que vulguin con\u00e8ixer Oli Meri, el c\u00f2ctel estar\u00e0 disponible al mateix Coquetier &nbsp;i al Taquero Mucho d\u2019Inca durant les pr\u00f2ximes setmanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n del C\u00f2ctel Oli de Mallorca 2025 s\u2019ha duit a terme amb el cofinan\u00e7ament de Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inspirat amb el pa amb oli, el bartender Biel Ramon ha fet servir un monovarietal 100%&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":101972,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-101966","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":[101972,101979],"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
