{"id":101984,"date":"2025-07-02T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/santi-taura-apadrina-els-iogurts-de-la-fageda"},"modified":"2026-04-16T16:42:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T14:42:07","slug":"santi-taura-apadrina-els-iogurts-de-la-fageda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/santi-taura-apadrina-els-iogurts-de-la-fageda","title":{"rendered":"Santi Taura apadrina els iogurts de La Fageda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Santi Taura ha apadrinat a Mallorca&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fageda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">els iogurts de La Fageda<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;en un acte organitzat al&nbsp;<strong>Mercat de Santa Catalina<\/strong>&nbsp;de Palma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la cita, celebrada el 27 de juny, el cuiner&nbsp;<strong>Santi Taura<\/strong>&nbsp;ha elaborat i presentat dues receptes in\u00e8dites: una&nbsp;<strong>esponja de iogurt, maduixes i salsa de xocolata blanca<\/strong>, i una&nbsp;<strong>pastilla de xot mallorqu\u00ed i alberg\u00ednia amb salsa de iogurt i herba-sana<\/strong>, amb l&#8217;ajuda de<strong>&nbsp;Jordi Cobos<\/strong>, cap de cuina del restaurant Dins. Per a totes dues, ha fet servir el&nbsp;<strong>iogurt grec natural de La Fageda<\/strong>, que ha estat l\u2019ingredient estrella de dues receptes conceptualitzades pel propi Santi Taura per a l\u2019ocasi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pol Espadamala<\/strong>, responsable de m\u00e0rqueting de La Fageda,&nbsp; va destaca les propietats del iogurt grec natural de La Fageda, que va ser reconegut amb una estrella als Superior Taste Awards 2024: \u201cEs tracta d\u2019un iogurt 100% natural, sense conservants ni colorants, amb baixa acidesa, i una textura molt cremosa que elaborem amb llet fresca a la nostra finca del &nbsp;Parc Natural de la Zona Volc\u00e0nica de la Garrotxa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santi Taura, nascut a Lloseta el 1976, \u00e9s un dels xefs m\u00e9s destacats del panorama balear. Reconegut per la seva cuina arrelada a la tradici\u00f3 mallorquina i l\u2019\u00fas de productes de proximitat, actualment lidera el Grup Santi Taura, amb restaurants com DINS, amb una estrella Michelin, on reivindica la cuina mallorquina des del respecte a les arrels i una mirada contempor\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada ha clos amb una actuaci\u00f3 musical en ac\u00fastic del&nbsp;<strong>cantautor David Cabot<\/strong>, que ha ofert un repertori \u00edntim i proper que ha acompanyat el p\u00fablic durant la degustaci\u00f3 final de les receptes. L\u2019actuaci\u00f3 ha arrodonit una matinal gastron\u00f2mica plena de sabor i emoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fageda \u00e9s un projecte de l\u2019economia social que treballa des de 1982 amb la voluntat de millorar la vida de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables. L\u2019any 1993 el projecte va comen\u00e7ar a elaborar iogurts, que des de 2023 es comercialitzen a les Illes Balears en establiments Agromart, Carrefour, GM i Suma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sobre La Fageda&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fageda \u00e9s un projecte social amb estructura empresarial, situat al Parc Natural de la Zona Volc\u00e0nica de la Garrotxa (Girona). El seu objectiu \u00e9s millorar la qualitat de vida i promoure la integraci\u00f3 social de persones en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat de la Garrotxa, mitjan\u00e7ant el treball real i digne. Per aconseguir- ho, se serveix d\u2019una estructura empresarial. En l\u2019actualitat, aquesta fundaci\u00f3 sense \u00e0nim de lucre agrupa m\u00e9s de 600 persones. En l\u2019\u00e0mbit empresarial, La Fageda du a terme activitats d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i comercialitzaci\u00f3 de productes l\u00e0ctics, melmelades i gelats, aix\u00ed com serveis de jardineria, ramaderia i visites guiades. En l\u2019\u00e0mbit social, La Fageda acompanya les persones en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat ajudant-les en altres dimensions de la seva vida, com l\u2019habitatge, l\u2019oci, la salut i la formaci\u00f3. Recentment, ha impulsat una escola de noves oportunitats per joves d\u2019entre 16 i 24 anys que es troben fora del sistema educatiu i laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
