{"id":102792,"date":"2025-10-09T08:02:04","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T06:02:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/vuit-de-cada-deu-catalans-prefereixen-ous-de-proximitat"},"modified":"2026-04-16T14:24:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:24:07","slug":"vuit-de-cada-deu-catalans-prefereixen-ous-de-proximitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/vuit-de-cada-deu-catalans-prefereixen-ous-de-proximitat","title":{"rendered":"Vuit de cada deu catalans prefereixen ous de proximitat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Federaci\u00f3 Av\u00edcola Catalana (FAC) ha impulsat un exhaustiu estudi sobre el consum d&#8217;ous a Catalunya per con\u00e8ixer la percepci\u00f3 dels consumidors sobre la proced\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquest aliment, els seus valors i el paper que t\u00e9 a la seva dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marc del Dia Mundial de l&#8217;Ou, que se celebra dia 10 d&#8217;octubre, aquest estudi t\u00e9 per objectiu oferir dades que permetin tancar la bretxa entre all\u00f2 que el consumidor valora (proximitat i qualitat) i all\u00f2 que realment sap sobre la proced\u00e8ncia dels ous, amb la finalitat afegida de posar en valor un producte local que \u00e9s saludable i altament ric en nutrients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa t\u00e9 una especial significaci\u00f3 enguany, ja que&nbsp;<strong>Catalunya&nbsp;<\/strong>ostenta la distinci\u00f3 de&nbsp;<strong>Regi\u00f3 Mundial de la Gastronomia<\/strong>, un reconeixement atorgat per l&#8217;IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism). Aquest t\u00edtol t\u00e9 com a finalitat promoure aquelles regions que contribueixen activament a la millora de la qualitat de vida de les persones, posant en valor les diferents cultures aliment\u00e0ries, l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 per a la salut i la sostenibilitat, i la innovaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;estudi de la Federaci\u00f3 Av\u00edcola Catalana (FAC) revela una prefer\u00e8ncia clara dels consumidors. Un contundent 81% dels catalans (8 de cada 10) tria ous de proximitat, basant la seva elecci\u00f3 en tres motius clau: la frescor, el suport a l&#8217;economia local i la sostenibilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de les conclusions d&#8217;aquest estudi, que ha recollit l&#8217;opini\u00f3 de 1.000 ciutadans, s&#8217;han creat diferents recursos divulgatius. Sota el lema &#8216;Tria ous amb acc\u00e9nt catal\u00e0&#8217;, aquests materials pretenen fomentar el consum de producte catal\u00e0 i facilitar al consumidor una compra m\u00e9s conscient i informada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les dades recollides indiquen que \u00e9s particularment rellevant la import\u00e0ncia de la frescor, ja que est\u00e0 directament relacionada amb la proximitat: un ou d&#8217;una granja propera garanteix una menor dist\u00e0ncia i, per tant, menys temps des de la posta, la qual cosa contribueix a preservar el valor nutritiu, a mantenir les caracter\u00edstiques organol\u00e8ptiques i augmenta la durabilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons els enquestats, t<strong>riar ous de proximitat tamb\u00e9 significa donar suport a l&#8217;economia local, at\u00e8s que fomenta la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 al sector primari i assegura que els beneficis es reinverteixin en la comunitat<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, actua com a element d\u2019equilibri territorial, afavorint la continu\u00eftat de les activitats econ\u00f2miques tradicionals i promovent el manteniment de la tradici\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria. D&#8217;aquesta manera, es fomenta un consum m\u00e9s sostenible i benefici\u00f3s per al medi ambient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;estudi tamb\u00e9 assenyala que el 68% de les persones enquestades creu saber que els ous que consumeix s\u00f3n de Catalunya, malgrat que un 28% afirma descon\u00e8ixer la seva proced\u00e8ncia real. La major part (el 81%) recorda haver vist un codi a la closca de l&#8217;ou que aporta informaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 el 25% dels consumidors confessa que no sap qu\u00e8 vol dir i un 79% creu que \u00e9s dif\u00edcil d&#8217;interpretar. Per exemple, el 84% reconeix que no sabria dir si l&#8217;ou que compra t\u00e9 proced\u00e8ncia catalana nom\u00e9s mirant el codi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 significa el codi de la closca dels ous?<br><\/strong>\u201cEl codi impr\u00e8s a la closca \u00e9s una eina fonamental per al consumidor. Aporta una informaci\u00f3 clau i transparent sobre el producte que est\u00e0 comprant m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la que pugui figurar a la caixa o a la publicitat. Sabem que pel 81% dels catalans la proximitat \u00e9s un factor important i, per tant, \u00e9s la nostra responsabilitat facilitar-los els coneixements perqu\u00e8 puguin escollir conscientment. Aquesta iniciativa busca, precisament, connectar all\u00f2 que el consumidor valora amb all\u00f2 que realment sap\u201d, afirma Joan Anton Rafecas, president de FAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 vol dir el codi?<br><\/strong>El codi de l\u2019ou \u00e9s la s\u00e8rie de n\u00fameros i lletres que porten impr\u00e8s a la closca. Aquest codi fa possible la tra\u00e7abilitat de l\u2019ou ja que permet con\u00e8ixer la granja d\u2019on prov\u00e9. Els d\u00edgits de qu\u00e8 consta el codi ofereixen diferents dades sobre l\u2019origen de l\u2019ou i ens permeten con\u00e8ixer des del sistema de cria de la gallina ponedora fins a la seva proced\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;ou va ser pioner en la tra\u00e7abilitat aliment\u00e0ria en esdevenir un dels primers aliments a incorporar, a la seva closca, un codi obligatori impr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Creix la tend\u00e8ncia a menjar m\u00e9s ous i a fer-ho tamb\u00e9 per esmorzar<br><\/strong>Segons indica l\u00b4estudi de la FAC, el consum d&#8217;ous \u00e9s generalitzat entre la poblaci\u00f3, ja que arriba gaireb\u00e9 a la totalitat dels catalans. Quant a la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, el 60% &nbsp;consumeix ous entre 2 i 3 vegades per setmana; el 23% menja un cop per setmana i un 9% ho fa di\u00e0riament. Les dones i les persones m\u00e9s grans en consumeixen amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia que els homes m\u00e9s joves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i aix\u00f2, els enquestats s\u00f3n conscients que el consum d&#8217;ous \u00e9s saludable i consideren que en podrien prendre m\u00e9s. De fet, el 30% dels enquestats opina que la quantitat ideal de consum setmanal hauria de ser d&#8217;entre 4 i 5 ous.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El consumidor aposta per la
