L\u2019esdeveniment ofereix un tast de vins \u00fanics i que no es poden trobar al mercat elaborats amb varietats locals recuperades (escursac 2010 i callet negrella 2019) i com vinater blanc 2014, argamussa 2018 (encara pendents d&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;activitat gastron\u00f2mica t\u00e9 com a objectiu fer palesa la riquesa i potencial de la vinya mallorquina. L\u2019oferta culin\u00e0ria inclou propostes com ara&nbsp; la sopa freda de remolatxa i t\u00e0rtar de colflori, el bou a la borgonyesa amb pur\u00e9 de patata i el past\u00eds de brossat amb taronges d&#8217;estiu i d&#8217;hivern, plats elaborats pel restaurant Cuina Vivant (Palma) i pensats per a l\u2019aprofitament integral del producte fresc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del dinar \u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>connectar el p\u00fablic amb l\u2019her\u00e8ncia varietal de l\u2019illa<\/strong>, donar veu al treball de recerca al voltant de les varietats locals i fomentar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre cellers i cuina d\u2019autor.
