El triomfador d\u2019aquesta edici\u00f3 ha estat el&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Morralla<\/strong>&nbsp;amb el xef&nbsp;<strong>Kike Erazo<\/strong>&nbsp;al capdavant, que s\u2019enduu el t\u00edtol de&nbsp;<strong>TaPalma d\u2019Or<\/strong>&nbsp;2025 amb la seva creaci\u00f3 Croa-Lamar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la modalitat de Tapa TaPalma, el guanyador del&nbsp;<strong>premi d&#8217;argent<\/strong>&nbsp;ha estat el restaurant&nbsp;<strong>Arume Sake Bar<\/strong>&nbsp;amb el xef&nbsp;<strong>Albert Mar\u00edn<\/strong>, que ha presentat al jurat Dim Sum de Bacall\u00e0 a la Mallorquina. I finalment, el bronze ha estat per a S&#8217;Hort Casino Mallorca amb el xef Miguel \u00c1ngel Mej\u00edas, que ha presentat la tapa Fruto del Bosque Marino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Concurs Tapalma Sobrassada de Mallorca<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la categoria de&nbsp;<strong>Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca<\/strong>&nbsp;IGP, el restaurant&nbsp;<strong>Chez Camille<\/strong>&nbsp;amb el xef&nbsp;<strong>Alexander Pincay<\/strong>&nbsp;ha aconseguit tamb\u00e9 l\u2019or gr\u00e0cies a Donasada. L&#8217;<strong>argent&nbsp;<\/strong>en aquesta modalitat ha estat per al restaurant&nbsp;<strong>\u00dcbeck<\/strong>, del xef<strong>&nbsp;Pablo Izquierdo<\/strong>&nbsp;amb Porc Negre, i en tercer lloc, el&nbsp;<strong>bronze&nbsp;<\/strong>ha estat per al el restaurant&nbsp;<strong>Morralla&nbsp;<\/strong>i el xef&nbsp;<strong>Kike Erazo<\/strong>&nbsp;per la seva creaci\u00f3 Alfajor Mallorqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han lliurat acc\u00e8ssits, un a la&nbsp;<strong>millor tapa maridada amb la cervesa San Miguel<\/strong>&nbsp;i una altra a la&nbsp;<strong>millor tapa elaborada amb producte local d&#8217;Eroski<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>totes dues per a Morralla<\/strong>, per la seva tapa Croa-Lamar del xef&nbsp;<strong>Kike Erazo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un total de 19 tapes han competit en el Concurs TaPalma Mallorca 2025. L\u2019esdeveniment, organitzat per AgenciaCom i Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca CAEB, i patrocinat per l\u2019Ajuntament de Palma, Palma Activa, el Consell de Mallorca i Trasmed, t\u00e9 com a objectiu dinamitzar la ciutat durant uns dies gr\u00e0cies al sector de la restauraci\u00f3 i posicionar Mallorca \u2014i molt especialment la seva capital\u2014 com a punt neur\u00e0lgic de la gastronomia estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concurs, presentat per Beatriz D\u00edez, ha comen\u00e7at a les 17.00 hores a l\u2019Auditori Illes Balears del Palau de Congressos, amb el certamen de la Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP, en el qual han participat els xefs de Miss Sushi, seguit de Chez Camille; \u00dcbeck; Gilda Lobby Club; Nixe Palace; La Despensa del Bar\u00f3n; Morralla,&nbsp;Dalil\u00ed Locura Ib\u00e8rica; i Bellaombra. En el concurs de Tapa TaPalma, que s\u2019ha celebrat tot seguit, hi han participat \u00dcbeck, M\u00e1s Natural, S\u2019Hort \u2013 Casino Mallorca, Born 8, La Consentida, Nixe Palace, Arume Sake Bar, Morralla, i La Trastienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jurat de tapes del Concurs TaPalma Mallorca-2025 ha estat format per un jurat fix&nbsp;<strong>encap\u00e7alat per Igor Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, president del jurat de tapes i xef del restaurant El Bandarra, qui ha estat una part essencial de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del certamen des de les seves primeres edicions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resta del jurat l\u2019han completat&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1lvaro Salazar<\/strong>&nbsp;(VORO), amb dues estrelles Michelin i dos sols Repsol;&nbsp;<strong>Aar\u00f3n Ortiz<\/strong>, xef del restaurant Kabo (Pamplona), guardonat amb una estrella Michelin i un sol Repsol; i&nbsp;<strong>Miquel Calent<\/strong>, xef de Can Calent (Campos) i Cuit (Nakar Hotel) i presentador d\u2019IB3 Televisi\u00f3, com tamb\u00e9 ambaixador de la marca Mahou-San Miguel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A aquest jurat fix l\u2019ha acompanyat un jurat altern encarregat de refor\u00e7ar les valoracions en les diferents categories del concurs. En Tapa TaPalma, hi han estat Claudio Lemos, xef del restaurant The Merchants (Palma) i recent guanyador del premi Aviko Ideation Insights del Chef Council Innovation 2025; Koldo Royo, president d\u2019ASCAIB, xef i assessor gastron\u00f2mic amb una \u00e0mplia traject\u00f2ria en la promoci\u00f3 de la restauraci\u00f3 balear; i Daniela Valencia, creadora de contingut de Sentir Mallorca, especialitzada en comunicaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentrestant, en la categoria de Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP hi han participat Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, xef i membre d\u2019ASCAIB, amb una reconeguda traject\u00f2ria en cuina creativa; Ian Ramis, tastador del Panell de Tast de la IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca, expert en producte local i la seva valoraci\u00f3 sensorial; i Javier Valencia, creador de contingut de Sentir Mallorca, que han acompanyat el jurat fix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gala de lliurament de premis s\u2019ha celebrat a l\u2019Auditori Illes Balears una vegada finalitzades les categories del concurs. I, per acabar, el hall del Palau de Congressos s\u2019ha vestit de festa gr\u00e0cies als estands dels patrocinadors i col\u00b7laboradors de l\u2019esdeveniment, i a la m\u00fasica de Miquel Font.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ruta de tapes a partir del 5 de novembre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes les tapes participants a TaPalma Mallorca 2025 es podran degustar a la ruta, que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 aquest dimecres 5 de novembre i s\u2019allargar\u00e0 fins al diumenge 9 de novembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els 34 restaurants que participen enguany a TaPalma Mallorca-2025 s\u00f3n: Arume Sake Bar, Bar Central, Bar Pigalle, Bellaombra, Bendito Gusto, Born 8, Chez Camille, Cosmopolis, Dalil\u00ed, Diecisiete Grados, El Bandarra, Gilda Lobby Club, Ginger Paseo del Borne, Grand
