El cuiner ha signat un destacat doblet perqu\u00e8&nbsp;<strong>tamb\u00e9 ha rebut el Premi Especial al Millor Plat Dol\u00e7 amb Producte Local<\/strong>. La seva proposta ha conven\u00e7ut el jurat per la seva t\u00e8cnica, concepte i un \u00fas exemplar del producte de proximitat en una final celebrada al restaurant Tast del Club N\u00e0utic de Palma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El podi l&#8217;han completat&nbsp;<strong>Carlos Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>, del restaurant La Mujer de Verde , que ha obtingut el segon premi, i&nbsp;<strong>Gonzalo Alonso<\/strong>, del restaurant Aromata , reconegut amb el tercer premi.
