El producte \u00e9s el resultat d\u2019una recepta feta conjuntament amb el mestre gelater Valter Rosso de Gelati Dino.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat, format per m\u00e9s de 200 xefs i sommeliers de reconegut prestigi mundial, ha atorgat una puntuaci\u00f3 total del 86,4% al gelat de La Fageda, que ha destacat especialment en les categories de textura (88,2%) i primera impressi\u00f3 (86,4%), valorant l\u2019aspecte i el gust de iogurt natural amb trossos i salsa de mango.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha dut a terme sota estrictes est\u00e0ndards internacionals (AFNOR XP V096A), mitjan\u00e7ant<strong>\u00a0tasts a cegues que garanteixen l&#8217;objectivitat de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi<\/strong>. Durant aquest proc\u00e9s, els experts han avaluat el gelat de iogurt amb mango en cinc criteris sensorials: primera impressi\u00f3, aspecte, olfacte, sabor i textura, oferint una descripci\u00f3 detallada de cada atribut. L\u2019International Taste Institute de Brussel\u00b7les compta amb un jurat internacional format per experts seleccionats per la seva experi\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi sensorial i la seva traject\u00f2ria en institucions com la Guia Michelin i Gault &amp; Millau.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests professionals avaluen els productes de manera individual, seguint un rigor\u00f3s protocol que inclou la preparaci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 est\u00e0ndard de les mostres en condicions controlades, assegurant la m\u00e0xima consist\u00e8ncia i qualitat en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3. Es tracta del tercer reconeixement dels Superior Taste Awards als productes de La Fageda.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019edici\u00f3 de 2025, la Crema Catalana Or\u00edgens va rebre una estrella, mentre que a l\u2019edici\u00f3 de 2024 el iogurt Or\u00edgens va ser guardonat amb dues estrelles i el Grec Natural tamb\u00e9 va ser reconegut amb una estrella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transformaci\u00f3 de la gamma de gelats\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El gelat de iogurt amb mango va sortir al mercat al mar\u00e7 de 2025, en el context del pla de transformaci\u00f3 integral de la gamma de gelat de La Fageda amb l\u2019objectiu de recuperar i cr\u00e9ixer la pres\u00e8ncia de la marca al lineal de congelat. La transformaci\u00f3 dels gelats de la Fageda es va caracteritzar pel llan\u00e7ament de diverses novetats amb receptes molt plaents a m\u00e9s de reposicionar-los sota el paraig\u00fces d\u2019Extraordin\u00e0ria Difer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquestes novetats, La Fageda va tancar el 2025 amb un creixement d\u2019un 27,1% en KG i un 29,4% en valor respecte l\u2019any anterior, i ha aconseguit cr\u00e9ixer un 37,7% en KG al subsegment de terrines de 500ml aconseguint col\u00b7locar-se com a tercera marca m\u00e9s rellevant a Catalunya en aquest
