{"id":105560,"date":"2026-06-17T09:53:18","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T07:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=105560"},"modified":"2026-06-17T09:53:29","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T07:53:29","slug":"jaume-buades-volem-posar-en-valor-l%ca%bbesforc-que-suposa-quedar-se-i-produir-des-de-balears","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/jaume-buades-volem-posar-en-valor-l%ca%bbesforc-que-suposa-quedar-se-i-produir-des-de-balears","title":{"rendered":"Jaume Buades: &#8220;Volem posar en valor l\u02bbesfor\u00e7 que suposa quedar-se i produir des de Balears&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cervesa Balear 1983 ha presentat aquest dilluns a les seves instal\u00b7lacions de Binissalem la iniciativa&nbsp;<strong>Comprom\u00eds Balear<\/strong>. \u00c9s un projecte que neix amb l&#8217;objectiu de recon\u00e8ixer i donar visibilitat a les empreses que mantenen la seva activitat, producci\u00f3 i comprom\u00eds amb les Illes Balears.<br><br>La presentaci\u00f3 ha servit tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 la companyia formalitz\u00e0s el seu<strong>&nbsp;comprom\u00eds de continuar produint a les Illes Balears<\/strong>, un acord que va quedar segellat pr\u00e8viament amb la corresponent&nbsp;<strong>escriptura p\u00fablica autoritzada pel notari Carlos Acero Herrero<\/strong>, amb seu a Marratx\u00ed.<br><br>Es tracta d\u201funa decisi\u00f3 que pret\u00e9n convertir-se en el punt de partida d\u201funa iniciativa oberta a empreses, comer\u00e7os, productors i entitats locals compromesos amb el desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic i social de les Balears.<br><br><strong>Jaume Buades<\/strong>, cofundador de<strong>&nbsp;Cervesa Balear 1983<\/strong>, ha explicat que Comprom\u00eds Balear neix &#8220;per una realitat que ve de lluny i que s&#8217;est\u00e0 accentuant a les nostres illes; all\u00f2 nostre est\u00e0 deixant de ser nostre&#8221;. En aquest sentit, ha assenyalat que \u201ccada vegada m\u00e9s productes i marques vinculades hist\u00f2ricament a les Balears han traslladat la seva producci\u00f3 fora de l&#8217;arxip\u00e8lag, per\u00f2 se segueixen comercialitzant aqu\u00ed com si generessin valor a les illes\u201d.<br><br>Buades ha defensat que Cervesa Balear 1983 vol posar en valor l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 que suposa quedar-se, produir i operar des de Balears. Per aquest motiu, ha subratllat que la companyia ha formalitzat davant de notari el seu comprom\u00eds de \u201cmantenir la seva estructura operativa i productiva a les illes per aportar valor, generar ocupaci\u00f3 i contribuir que les properes generacions puguin seguir vivint i treballant a Balears\u201d.<br><br>El cofundador de Cervesa Balear 1983 ha destacat a m\u00e9s que&nbsp;<strong>Comprom\u00eds Balear est\u00e0 obert \u201ca empreses, cooperatives, entitats i particulars que visquin a les illes, se&#8217;n sentin part i vulguin generar valor dins del territori<\/strong>\u201d.
