Es tracta del llibre de pastisseria i receptes dolces del\u00a0<strong>restaurant Les Cols<\/strong>\u00a0(Olot).<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;establiment, amb dues estrelles Michelin, \u00e9s un dels restaurants m\u00e9s destacats de Catalunya i est\u00e0 regentat per\u00a0<strong>Fina Puigdevall i Manel Puigverd<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de les seves tres filles: Carlota, Martina i Clara.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;obra es titula<em>\u00a0<strong>Dulcis Anima<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0i consisteix en un monogr\u00e0fic de 93 receptes dolces en un volum de 180 p\u00e0gines. Ortega s&#8217;ha mostrat molt satisfeta i, amb aquesta feina, es consolida una vegada m\u00e9s com la fot\u00f2grafa gastron\u00f2mica amb m\u00e9s projecci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears, i \u00e9s autora de la producci\u00f3 visual dels llibres\u00a0<em>Receptes de cuina mallorquina Plats d\u2019ahir i d\u2019avui<\/em>\u00a0i\u00a0<em>El llibre del variat mallorqu\u00ed<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Montagud \u00e9s l&#8217;editorial m\u00e9s antiga del m\u00f3n dedicada exclusivament a contingut gastron\u00f2mic, una tasca iniciada l&#8217;any 1906.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0fot\u00f2grafa\u00a0Cristina Ortega\u00a0acaba de presentar el seu primer treball amb l&#8217;editorial\u00a0Montagud.
