Es tracta d&#8217;<strong>un estoig\u00a0exclusiu<\/strong>\u00a0que ha dissenyat amb motiu del des\u00e8 aniversari del seu vi ic\u00f2nic blanc de guarda Le Domaine i que est\u00e0 compost per una minuciosa selecci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>sis ampolles de les cinc anyades m\u00e9s representatives<\/strong>: 2016, 2017, 2018 , 2019 i 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un vi nascut de la casualitat<br \/>\n<\/strong>El vi\u00a0<strong>Le Domaine\u00a0<\/strong>va sortir al mercat el 2012 coincidint amb la inauguraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;hotel Le Domaine d&#8217;Abad\u00eda Retuerta, del qual precisament n&#8217;agafa el nom. \u00c9s fruit d&#8217;una meravellosa casualitat, quan es varen barrejar empelts de la varietat Merlot amb uns de la varietat Sauvignon Blanc. La mescla va resultar ser tot un \u00e8xit gr\u00e0cies a la inquietud del seu en\u00f2leg\u00a0<strong>\u00c1ngel Anoc\u00edbar<\/strong>, qui<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>va decidir experimentar amb uns quants quilos del ra\u00efm que varen donar com a fruit aquests cep per elaborar el primer blanc d&#8217;aquesta zona del Duero.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la presentaci\u00f3 a CataVinos,\u00a0<strong>\u00c1ngel Anoc\u00edbar<\/strong>, l&#8217;en\u00f2leg, director de vinya i del celler, va explicar les caracter\u00edstiques de la parcel\u00b7la on es cultiva aquest sublim blanc, la singularitat del terrer d&#8217;Abad\u00eda Retuerta, la seva hist\u00f2ria i el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3. &#8220;S\u00f3n deu anyades amb les quals hem apr\u00e8s, per\u00f2, sobretot, amb les quals hem compr\u00e8s la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;adaptar-se i evolucionar per assolir un estil de vi excel\u00b7lent&#8221;, va remarcar Anoc\u00edbar. I \u00e9s que el vi blanc de guarda Le Domaine \u00e9s una mostra de l&#8217;ADN d&#8217;Abad\u00eda Retuerta, on la curiositat, la investigaci\u00f3, l&#8217;esperit innovador i un profund respecte pel seu terrer hist\u00f2ric li estan atorgant la millor collita rere collita. I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que han volgut reflectir en el seu estoig &#8216;Deu anyades, un somni&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 va comptar amb la pres\u00e8ncia del cuiner catal\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Marc Segarra<\/strong>, xef executiu de l&#8217;Hotel Le Domaine d&#8217;Abad\u00eda Retuerta, que va explicar la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 el vi d&#8217;Abad\u00eda Retuerta en el discurs gastron\u00f2mic de cadascun dels seus restaurants i, en concret, en el r<strong>estaurant\u00a0Refectorio<\/strong>, amb el qual ha aconseguit una estrella Michelin, una estrella Verda i dos Sols Repsol. \u201cLa nostra proposta gastron\u00f2mica es basa en la combinaci\u00f3 de sabors, textures i temperatures lligats al producte de la terra, i el vi \u00e9s el seu company i, alhora, ens serveix d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3.
