{"id":57496,"date":"2021-10-28T10:26:10","date_gmt":"2021-10-28T08:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/som-pagesos-de-mallorca-una-marca-de-garantia-de-fruita-i-lhortalissa"},"modified":"2022-04-09T09:22:19","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T07:22:19","slug":"som-pagesos-de-mallorca-una-marca-de-garantia-de-fruita-i-lhortalissa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/som-pagesos-de-mallorca-una-marca-de-garantia-de-fruita-i-lhortalissa","title":{"rendered":"Som pagesos de Mallorca, una marca de garantia de fruita i l\u2019hortalissa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Acaba de n\u00e9ixer la marca de garantia Som Pagesos de Mallorca, que nascut per distingir al mercat la fruita i l\u2019hortalissa produ\u00efda a l\u2019illa.<strong>\u00a0Som Pagesos de Mallorca est\u00e0 integrada per quatre empreses de l\u2019illa: Agroilla, Agromallorca, Terracor i Es Merca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3, Mae de la Concha, ha presentat el distintiu aquest dimecres, juntament amb la gerent de Semilla, Georgina Brunet, i els membres que conformen la marca. Hi han estat present la gerent d\u2019Agromallorca, Isabel Vicens; un representant d\u2019Agroilla, Miquel \u00c0ngel Ribot; el soci coordinador de la producci\u00f3 i la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de Terracor, Guillem Adrover; i el responsable d\u2019Es Merca, Joan M\u00e9ndez.<\/p>\n<p>De la Concha ha explicat que <strong>la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3\u00a0 ha realitzat una tasca de coordinaci\u00f3 i assessorament a les quatre empreses per tirar endavant amb el projecte d\u2019aquesta marca de garantia<\/strong>, que aviat es podr\u00e0 trobar als mercats i supermercats de Mallorca. \u00abLa uni\u00f3 fa la for\u00e7a, i aquesta marca i aquest projecte ho demostraran, i esteim segurs que crear\u00e0 tend\u00e8ncia\u00bb, ha explicat. A la vegada, ha remarcat, que \u00e9s \u00abla marca servir\u00e0 per garantir l\u2019origen de la fruita i la verdura produ\u00efda a l\u2019illa, que ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil d\u2019identificar i, per tant, es defensa la feina dels productors\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Conselleria,<strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s del FOGAIBA, els ha concedit una subvenci\u00f3 de 183.383,64 euros, el 90% de la inversi\u00f3 que havien demanat<\/strong>. Es tracta d\u2019una l\u00ednia d\u2019ajuda per desenvolupar projectes pilot, emmarcada dins el Programa de Desenvolupament Rural (PDR), per desenvolupar, promocionar, posicionar i certificar la marca de garantia del producte hortofruct\u00edcola produ\u00eft a Mallorca amb l\u2019etiquetatge corresponent.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 previst fer el c\u00e0lcul del balan\u00e7 de carboni de les produccions hortofruct\u00edcoles de Mallorca en comparaci\u00f3 amb el producte produ\u00eft a la pen\u00ednsula. Segons la gerent de Semilla, Georgina Brunet, \u00abel distintiu \u00e9s garantia d&#8217;origen i tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;una producci\u00f3 respectuosa amb el medi ambient\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La gerent d\u2019Agromallorca, Isabel Vicens, qui ha fet de portaveu de la marca, ha explicat que la marca pret\u00e9n ser \u00abel referent pels productes agro-alimentaris mallorquins, per tal de liderar la seva producci\u00f3 i promoci\u00f3 i transmetre el valor afegit que aporten a l\u2019economia i a la societat\u00bb. Ha afegit que &#8220;la imatge de la pagesa posa en valor el treball de generacions de les dones als nostres camps, vol emfatitzar en el rol de la dona pagesa en la producci\u00f3 agr\u00e0ria i la cultura de Mallorca&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Som pagesos de Mallorca en xifres<\/strong><br \/>\nLes quatre empreses que integren aquesta marca de garantia<strong>\u00a0tenen sembrades una superf\u00edcie de 913,57 hect\u00e0rees<\/strong>. Agroilla representa 279,34 ha; Agromallorca, 236,77; Terracor, 305,85; i Es Merca, 91.61 ha. Del total d\u2019hect\u00e0rees, 521,21 estan inscrites en producci\u00f3 integrada o ecol\u00f2gica.
