L&#8217;entitat de Mallorca, amb seu a B\u00fager,\u00a0reconeix a trav\u00e9s de la seva Aula de Gastronomia la tasca que Reina ha fet sobre els embotits de Mallorca des de la recerca i la creaci\u00f3, com tamb\u00e9 la seva implicaci\u00f3 per difondre&#8217;ls.<\/p>\n<p>Xesc Reina va n\u00e9ixer a\u00a0Sant Hilari de Sacalm (Girona). A Catalunya va destacar en l&#8217;ofici de xarcuter innovant amb el fuet, la botifarra i el pat\u00e9.\u00a0Va visitar per primera vegada Mallorca l&#8217;any 1995 i hi ha apostat per\u00a0<strong>crear sobrassades de gustos diferents: amb formatge blau, amb curri, amb xocolata o amb formatge de Menorca<\/strong>, entre d&#8217;altres. Tamb\u00e9 ha recuperat embotits antics com la\u00a0<strong>nora\u00a0<\/strong>o la\u00a0<strong>figatella\u00a0<\/strong>amb l&#8217;empresa\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cancompany.es\/ca\">Can Company<\/a><\/strong>, que produeix sobrassada amb porc propis de la ra\u00e7a aut\u00f2ctona Porc Negre.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic reconeixement. El mes de gener d&#8217;enguany, la Guida Salumi d&#8217;Italia li va atorgar el premi Gran Maestro di Lama.\u00a0\u00c9s professor de xarcuteria del Gremi de Xarcuters de Barcelona des del 1987.
