Per aquest motiu, la\u00a0<strong>denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Pla i Llevant &#8211; Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0ha organitzat dies abans de Sant Mart\u00ed (12 de novembre) un tast de vins per valorar la nova anyada 2020. \u00c9s la primera vegada que s&#8217;organitza a les Balears un tast d&#8217;aquestes caracter\u00edstiques amb vins que encara no estan acabats de fer.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s poder comentar els vins i fer recomanacions sobre si conv\u00e9 treure&#8217;ls al mercat aquesta anyada o fer-ne crian\u00e7a en bota. Els sommeliers professionals que hi han participat s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>Giorgia Scaramella<\/strong>\u00a0(Marc Fosh),\u00a0<strong>Josep Juh\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0(Baib\u00e9n),\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Lucas<\/strong>\u00a0(La Vinoteca),\u00a0<strong>Evelyn de las Alas<\/strong>\u00a0(Ca na Toneta),\u00a0<strong>Joan Arboix<\/strong>\u00a0(Grup Santi Taura) i\u00a0<strong>Daniel Arias\u00a0<\/strong>(Associaci\u00f3 Balear de Sommeliers). Tots ells varen tastar un total de 36 vins fets 100% d\u2019una sola varietat: Gir\u00f3 Ros, Premsal, Chardonnay, Viognier, Moscatell, Macabeu,Gorgollassa, Callet, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Sir\u00e0 i Cabernet Sauvigon, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un vi blanc dol\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Els sommeliers varen destacar l&#8217;entusiasme que els ha causat participar en un tast d&#8217;aquesta mena ja que habitualment just tasten els vins quan estan enllestits, per servir-los a taula directament, i no estan involucrats dintre del proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del vi.<\/p>\n<p>En general han destacat la qualitat de tots els vins i les bones perspectives que ofereixen de futur, especialment en aquesta anyada, que si b\u00e9 ha estat dif\u00edcil, els bons resultats s\u00f3n evidents.<\/p>\n<p>Opinions que han expressat sobre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vins blancs<\/strong>: Arom\u00e0tics. Presenten una bona acidesa. Opinen que son adequats per treure com a vi d\u2019anyada: Moscatell, Macabeu, Viognier i Premsal. A m\u00e9s, del Premsal pensen que \u00e9s especialment adequat per fer-ne cupatges. Les varietats Gir\u00f3 ros i Chardonnay s\u00f3n adequades per fer vins de crian\u00e7a en bota.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vins negres<\/strong>: Han lloat la potencialitat de la Gorgollasa, sobre la qual consideren que un pas per bota de no molt de temps seria adequat. El Callet ja presenta estructura i complexitat i n&#8217;opinen que la crian\u00e7a en bota el far\u00e0 un vi molt bo.
