En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, la xocolata en ser\u00e0 la protagonista.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, el dimecres\u00a0<strong>30 de setembre, de 19.30 a 22 hores<\/strong>, se celebrar\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Records de la xocolata a Mallorca<\/strong>, un acte gastron\u00f2mic en el qual gaudireu de la fusi\u00f3 de la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia amb preparacions de xocolata especialment concebudes per a l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Hi participaran\u00a0<strong>Mara Narez<\/strong>\u00a0i<strong>\u00a0Joan Cuart<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/restaurant\/narez-cuart-dolca-pastisseria\"><strong>Narez &amp; Cuart Dol\u00e7a Pastisseria<\/strong><\/a>, que destaquen al Port d&#8217;Andratx per oferir una pastisseria fina i artesana amb la xocolata de qualitat com a protagonista. Tamb\u00e9 hi participar\u00e0 el cuiner\u00a0<strong>Javier Gardonio<\/strong>,\u00a0que fins ara ha estat cuiner del restaurant El Patio de Gl\u00f2ria de Palma i durant anys ha estat cap de cuina de Fernando P. Arellano a Zaranda. Tamb\u00e9 hi ser\u00e0 present\u00a0<strong>Koldo Royo<\/strong>\u00a0i tot l&#8217;equip de Tess de Mar, que continuen fent d&#8217;aquest restaurant un dels referents de l&#8217;alta cuina del Migjorn de\u00a0<strong>Mallorca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un men\u00fa de 5 plats\u00a0i postres<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El sopar consistir\u00e0\u00a0en un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 de 5 plats m\u00e9s postres. L&#8217;aperitiu ser\u00e0 una creaci\u00f3 de Tess de Mar i consistir\u00e0 en un\u00a0<strong>aperitiu salat de xocolata<\/strong>. Despr\u00e9s hi haur\u00e0 els entrants, el primer ser\u00e0 una proposta de Joan Cuart, una<strong>\u00a0ensalada de\u00a0<em>vieira\u00a0<\/em>(petxina de pelegr\u00ed) amb maduixes, foie micuit i vinagreta de xocolata blanca<\/strong>. Despr\u00e9s se servir\u00e0 una\u00a0<strong>amanida de pollastre, esp\u00e8cies i cacau\u00a0<\/strong>elaborada pel chef Javier Gardonio. Els plats principals seran un\u00a0<strong>magret d&#8217;\u00e0nec Barberi amb mole poblano amb xoco<\/strong>, cuinat per Mara Narez: i una<strong>\u00a0llampuga confitada amb pur\u00e9 de boletus, salsa d&#8217;espinacs, xocolata, caf\u00e8 i musclos en escabetxo<\/strong>, de Gardonio.
