(Recorda que has de validar l&#8217;adre\u00e7a per estar-hi inscrit correctament)<\/p>\n<p>La<strong>\u00a0denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Oli de Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0vetla per la qualitat d&#8217;aquest producte des de l&#8217;any 2002.\u00a0\u00c9s un<strong>\u00a0oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra de gran qualitat<\/strong>\u00a0i, alhora, un producte redu\u00eft, a causa de les condicions geoclim\u00e0tiques de l&#8217;illa. Tot i aix\u00f2, Mallorca t\u00e9 una llarga tradici\u00f3 en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del que s&#8217;anomena or l\u00edquid, un producte que destaca perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 un<strong>\u00a0alt contingut d&#8217;\u00e0cid oleic<\/strong>, que redueix el colesterol dolent, conegut com a LDL, i que augmenta el colesterol bo, conegut com HDL, com tamb\u00e9 un contingut important de\u00a0<strong>polifenols\u00a0<\/strong>(de gran capacitat antioxidant).
