A les acaballes de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma declarat per la covid-19, els cuiners\u00a0<strong>Llu\u00eds Got\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>Javier Hoebeeck<\/strong>\u00a0protagonitzaran un\u00a0<strong>sopar a quatre mans<\/strong>\u00a0el divendres\u00a0<strong>19 de juny<\/strong>\u00a0al restaurant\u00a0<strong>Villa Luisa<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong>Port de S\u00f3ller, organitzat per Gastroevents.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La cita, que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a les 20 hores, es titula<strong>\u00a0La primavera al plat<\/strong>\u00a0i ser\u00e0 una experi\u00e8ncia amb la quals els dos xefs diran ad\u00e9u a la primavera. L&#8217;activitat ser\u00e0 tota una\u00a0<strong>experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong>, un viatge sensorial a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa sorpresa creat especialment per a l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0que ha estat concebut per dos dels\u00a0 cuiners que estan destacant\u00a0darrerament en el panorama culinari de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>El sopar inclou\u00a0<strong>maridatge premium de vins<\/strong>\u00a0i t\u00e9 un preu de\u00a0<strong>75 euros<\/strong>. Les places s\u00f3n limitades i les\u00a0<strong>reserves<\/strong>\u00a0es poden fer al\u00a0<strong>871 872 177<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Llu\u00eds Got <\/strong>\u00e9s el cuiner de Villa Luisa, la casa d&#8217;estiueig m\u00e9s antiga del Port de S\u00f3ller (1923). Es troba ubicada en una situaci\u00f3 privilegiada, a primera l\u00ednia de mar. L&#8217;any 2019 va obrir les portes com a restaurant, un establiment que destaca per oferir producte fresc i de qualitat a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una carta variada en qu\u00e8 hi destaca el peix, amb un horari que compr\u00e8n des del mat\u00ed fins al vespre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Javier Hoebeeck <\/strong>\u00e9s el cap de cuina de Fusi\u00f3n 19, un restaurant de refer\u00e8ncia situat a la Platja de Muro. Hoebeeck va agafar el relleu de Joan Josep Genestar, qui hi va marcar una l\u00ednia pr\u00f2pia amb encert a partir del 2013. L&#8217;any 2018, Genestar va comen\u00e7ar gestionar tots els restaurants de Boulevard, el grup al qual pertany Fusi\u00f3n 19.
