Els estudiants poden compartir pon\u00e8ncies i classes magistras amb cuiners, pastissers i cambreras de prestigi.<\/p>\n<p>Enguany, hi participen restaurants amb estrelles Michelin com el restaurant Zaranda, que representar\u00e0 el seu cap de cuina, Jordi Cant\u00f3, i el restaurant Andreu Genestra, amb el xef que li dona nom. Tamb\u00e9 participaran de GastroSerra representants locals com Es Ventall, La Gaia i Lio.
