La cita, celebrada del 3 al 5 de febrer, t\u00e9 com a objectiu potenciar la comercialitzaci\u00f3 del vi.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>Denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Origen Binissalem<\/strong>\u00a0hi ha participat donant a coneixen i oferint degustaci\u00f3 del vi dels seus cellers, a m\u00e9s de difondre les varietats aut\u00f2ctones de ra\u00efm. D&#8217;aquesta DO hi han participat el celler\u00a0<strong>Jose L. Ferrer<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Biniagual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi han estat presents sis cellers de la indicaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica protegida (IGP) Vi de la Terra Mallorca i un celler de la IGP Serra Tramuntana\u2010Costa Nord han presentat els seus vins en aquest sal\u00f3 professional.<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquest tres dies, hi han passat nombrosos representats de la distribuci\u00f3, la restauraci\u00f3 i premsa especialitzada del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la segona jornada, la\u00a0<strong>Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>, va organitzar una pon\u00e8ncia, &#8216;La singularitat dels vins de Mallorca&#8217; que va impartir el\u00a0<strong>sommelier Joan Arboix<\/strong>, del grup Santi Taura, en la qual va fer un recorregut per la hist\u00f2ria del vi de Mallorca des dels seus or\u00edgens fins a l\u2019actualitat. Tamb\u00e9 hi va comentar les caracter\u00edstiques singulars i va dirigir un tast de vins: un monovarietal de Premsal i un monovarietal de Mantonegro de la DO Binissalem, un Mantonegro blanc de la IGP Mallorca i un monovarietal de Callet de la DO Pla i Llevant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un total de\u00a09\u00a0cellers\u00a0de\u00a0Mallorca\u00a0han participat a la\u00a0Barcelona Wine Week 2020.
