{"id":61763,"date":"2020-01-29T08:19:15","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T07:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/oberta-la-convocatoria-per-participar-en-el-campionat-mundial-densaimades"},"modified":"2022-04-09T09:43:32","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T07:43:32","slug":"oberta-la-convocatoria-per-participar-en-el-campionat-mundial-densaimades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/oberta-la-convocatoria-per-participar-en-el-campionat-mundial-densaimades","title":{"rendered":"Oberta la convocat\u00f2ria per participar en el Campionat Mundial d&#8217;Ensa\u00efmades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;empresa Hijos de Ramon Oliver ha obert la convocat\u00f2ria de la quarta edici\u00f3 del Campionat Mundial de Ensa\u00efmades El concurs se celebrar\u00e0 dia 1 de mar\u00e7 de 2020, amb motiu del Dia de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p>Els forns i pastisseries s&#8217;hi poden apuntar fins al 6 de febrer o fins que la xifra arribi als 50 inscrits a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;adre\u00e7a electr\u00f2nica <em>comunicacion\u00a0<\/em>[arrova]\u00a0<em>hroliver\u00a0<\/em>[punt]\u00a0<em>es<\/em>. La participaci\u00f3 \u00e9s gratu\u00efta i al missatge s&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;indicar el nom de l&#8217;establiment, adre\u00e7a, e-mail i tel\u00e8fon del responsable.<\/p>\n<p>Els premis s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>000 kilos de farina per al guanyador<\/li>\n<li>500 kilos per al segon classificat<\/li>\n<li>250 kilos per a la tercera posici\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El campionat es divideix en dues fases:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primera part<\/strong>: L&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 informar\u00e0 els forns preinscrits seran informats del dia, lloc i hora del tast de preselecci\u00f3 (en principi, ser\u00e0 durant l&#8217;horabaixa de dia 13 de febrer a l&#8217;antic Parc de Bombers de ASIMA, a Palma). Hi hauran d&#8217;acudir amb dues ensa\u00efmades llises sense sucre en la cobertura (fetes amb una pasta pr\u00e8via a cocci\u00f3 d&#8217;uns 250 grams de pes aproximat). Les pastisseries que s&#8217;ubiquin fora de Mallorca, han d&#8217;enviar per correu expr\u00e9s, el dia abans de la preselecci\u00f3, dues ensa\u00efmades llises amb les mateixes caracter\u00edstiques i han d&#8217;especificar a quin negoci pertanyen. L&#8217;enviament s&#8217;ha de fer a: Hijos de Ramon Oliver SL, gremi Porgadors 3 de Palma. Un jurat especialitzat dur\u00e0 a terme, a porta tancada i de forma secreta, el tast en seleccionar\u00e0 els 10 participants de la gran final.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segona part<\/strong>: Tendr\u00e0 lloc dia 1 de mar\u00e7, i els 10 forns seleccionats hi hauran de dur dues ensa\u00efmades llises grans sense sucre de cobertura (preparades amb una massa pr\u00e8via a cocci\u00f3 d&#8217;un pes aproximat de 250 grams), que es presentaran al jurat de forma an\u00f2nima (nom\u00e9s l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 en sabr\u00e0 la proced\u00e8ncia). El jurat, compost per entre tres i cinc membres de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears i per 3 o 4 experts gastron\u00f2mics, en far\u00e0 el veredicte.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s d&#8217;Hijos de Ramon Oliver, el concurs est\u00e0 patrocinat per Azucarera, Mantecas Mart\u00ednez, Farinera Moret\u00f3, el Consell Regulador I.G.P.
