{"id":62573,"date":"2019-11-06T13:27:20","date_gmt":"2019-11-06T12:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/cuina-gastrosaludable-a-la-universitat-de-les-illes-balears"},"modified":"2022-04-09T09:46:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T07:46:52","slug":"cuina-gastrosaludable-a-la-universitat-de-les-illes-balears","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/cuina-gastrosaludable-a-la-universitat-de-les-illes-balears","title":{"rendered":"Cuina gastrosaludable a la Universitat de les Illes Balears"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Oficina d&#8217;Universitat Saludable i Sostenible de la Universitat de les Illes Balears ha organitzat un cicle de tallers sobre\u00a0<strong>com el mejnar sa tamb\u00e9 pot ser un plaer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Irene Luj\u00e1n<\/strong>, diplomada en Magisteri per la Universitat de M\u00farcia i Especialista en Serveis de Cuina i Restauraci\u00f3 per l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears (EHIB), ser\u00e0 l&#8217;encarregada d&#8217;impartir les sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Hi haur\u00e0\u00a0<strong>quatre tallers<\/strong>, que es faran\u00a0<strong>de 17 a 20 hores<\/strong>, a l&#8217;<strong>Aula de Mestre Tomeu Esteva<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;edifici Arxiduc Llu\u00eds Salvador. El preu de cada taller \u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>15 euro<\/strong>s i inclou els ingredients i material per elaborar les receptes, com tamb\u00e9 la degustaci\u00f3 del menjar cuinat.<\/p>\n<p>Els tallers per al curs acad\u00e8mic 2019 &#8211; 2020 s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Berenars bons, r\u00e0pids i sans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>13 de novembre de 2019\u00a0\u00a0<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Els berenars solen ser menjades mon\u00f2tones i quan m\u00e9s aliments insans es consumeixen. Us convidam a descobrir qu\u00e8 hi ha m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la llet amb galetes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comparteix tapes creatives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>11 de desembre de 2019<br \/>\nS\u2019acosten dies de retrobaments i de grans taulades.
