El fot\u00f2graf\u00a0<strong>Nando Esteva<\/strong>\u00a0hi va presentar el curmetratge\u00a0<em>Ensa\u00efmada<\/em>, que t\u00e9 com a protagonista aquest dol\u00e7 t\u00edpic de Mallorca. La cinta t\u00e9 al forner\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Arbona<\/strong>\u00a0com a protagonista.<\/p>\n<p>La final es va celebrar dia 24 d&#8217;octubre i dels 500 curmetratges presentats, nom\u00e9s n&#8217;hi arribaren 7. Durant l&#8217;acte, Tomeu Arbona va elaborar una ensa\u00efmada entorcillada en directe i va cantar una can\u00e7\u00f3 de segar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ensa\u00efmades a Little Spain de Nova York<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arbona explica que l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ensa\u00efmada a Nova York, concretament la que es va degustar, va ser tota una odisea per\u00f2 que gr\u00e0cies al mercat\u00a0<strong>Little Spain<\/strong>\u00a0-creat pels cuiners\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0i els germans\u00a0<strong>Adri\u00e0 i Ferran Adri\u00e0<\/strong>&#8211; va poder trobar tots els ingredients necessaris per elaborar-la, com el sa\u00efm. &#8220;Tamb\u00e9 hi v\u00e0rem fer un taller i compart\u00edrem experi\u00e8ncies -explica Arbona- ja que els vaig explicar com fer panades i coques.
