Gastron\u00f2micament parlant, destaca la cinquena edici\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>Tast de Cervesa Artesana<\/strong> que comptar\u00e0 amb un bon assortiment de tapes. En total hi haur\u00e0 7 firmes de cervesa feta a Mallorca com s\u00f3n <strong>Cas Cerveser, Toutatis, Ralf, Sullerica, Beer Lovers, Brut i Forastera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La cita se celebrar\u00e0 el\u00a0<strong>dissabte 14 de setembre<\/strong>, a partir de les\u00a0<strong>19 hores<\/strong>, a la\u00a0<strong>Pla\u00e7a de sa Mora<\/strong>, on tamb\u00e9 tendr\u00e0 lloc la primera edici\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>Summer Swing Beer Festival<\/strong>, de manera que el menjar i les birres es combinaran a la perfecci\u00f3 amb la m\u00fasica i el ball.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels locals que hi ser\u00e0 present \u00e9s el\u00a0<strong>restaurant Bari<\/strong>. Norberto, el seu responsable, explica que preparar\u00e0 una<strong>\u00a0gran varietat de tapes i barquetes que destaquen per l&#8217;originalitat<\/strong>, com s\u00f3n el bra\u00e7 de gitano amb formatge blau, d\u00e0tils i nous, la carn de vedella a baixa temperatura amb salsa de mostassa i albercoc, i la miniquich\u00e9 de pebres torrats amb formatge de cabra. &#8220;Ens encanta participar a totes les iniciatives de Manacor&#8221;, apunta Norberto, qui hi afegeix que ha preparat aquestes tapes pensant que es prenguin amb les cerveses dels tast per tal que combinin a la perfecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi podeu tastar especialitats del\u00a0<strong>restaurant Complex s&#8217;Estaci\u00f3 de Manacor<\/strong>. Des de fa un any, Ant\u00f2nia dirigeix aquesta cafeteria especialitzada en cuina mallorquina i arrossos. &#8220;Per al Tast de Cervesa Artesana, comenta Ant\u00f2nia, hem preparat dos plats que recorden el variat i que tenen l&#8217;ensalada russa com a plat com\u00fa&#8221;. De manera que podeu triar gaudir d&#8217;una bon<strong>a ensalada russa amb pops amb salsa o b\u00e9 amb llom amb esclata-sangs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les hamburgueses s\u00f3n el principal restaurant de la cafeteria\u00a0<strong>Sa Clova<\/strong>, per aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 han preparat\u00a0per a l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3 una proposta variada que consistir\u00e0 amb una <strong>hamburguesa mixta de 110 grams<\/strong>, un hot dog i un sandvitx de pernil dol\u00e7 i formatge. &#8220;La idea \u00e9s oferir plats que agradin a petits i grans, per aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hi oferirem<strong>\u00a0taules de cuixot salat i formatge<\/strong>\u00a0i<strong>\u00a0galletes d&#8217;oli amb sobrassada i mel<\/strong>&#8220;, explica na Maria Bel, una de les responsables d&#8217;aquest negoci.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ser\u00e0 present\u00a0<strong>Can T\u00f2fol<\/strong>, amb una selecci\u00f3 dels productes\u00a0<strong>dol\u00e7os\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>salats\u00a0<\/strong>m\u00e9s representatius.<\/p>\n<p>Totes les tapes tendran preus populars.\u00a0<strong>Carles Grimalt<\/strong>\u00a0regidor responsable de l&#8217;\u00c0rea d\u2019Activitats i Serveis Generals, anima a participar d&#8217;aquesta activitat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0Fira de Setembre de Manacor\u00a0presenta un cap de setmana carregat de propostes.
