Aquest jove andritxol, humil i amb talent per a la cuina ofereix una proposta suculenta de plats mediterranis. Any rere any i fruit de la feina que fa dia a dia, s&#8217;ha convertit en\u00a0<strong>un dels restaurants de refer\u00e8ncia de Mallorca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per celebrar el sis\u00e8 aniversari Porcel va celebrar diumenge dia 7 de juliol una gran festa amb familiars i amics en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;hi varen degustar diferents especialitats com l&#8217;airbag de formatge maon\u00e8s i tom\u00e0tiga seca, la versi\u00f3 del tremp\u00f3 de la cuinera\u00a0<strong>Margalida Alemany<\/strong>\u00a0-amiga i mentora de Joan Porcel- i Aina Pons, la croqueta de bacall\u00e0, com tamb\u00e9 el llagost\u00ed kataifi marinat amb herbes mediterr\u00e0nies i dip de chutnei de fruites d&#8217;estiu, la lassanya de ceps i t\u00f2fona, la xerna amb una versi\u00f1o de tombet, el bra\u00f3 a l&#8217;estil oriental i la mouse de iogurt, xocolata blanca i perfum d&#8217;alfabeguera, entre altres propostes.<\/p>\n<p>Tot va ser condu\u00eft per\u00a0<strong>Marcos Terlevich<\/strong>, parella i m\u00e0 dreta de Joan Porcel, qui va demostrar la seva destresa art\u00edstica com a ballar\u00ed i com a cantant, i que va presentar diferents espectacles de ball, de circ i de foc.
