La va comprar l&#8217;empresari alemany\u00a0<strong>Peter Eisenmann<\/strong>\u00a0l&#8217;any 2000. De llavors en\u00e7\u00e0, hi fa vi, hi cria cavalls i hi ofereix allotjament tur\u00edstic a les cases de la finca.<\/p>\n<p>El nou celler t\u00e9\u00a0<strong>7.500 metres quadrats<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>48 dip\u00f2sits<\/strong>\u00a0per a encabir-hi 12.000 litres de vi negre, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un\u00a0<strong>tanc de 20.000 litres<\/strong>\u00a0per fer-hi els cupatges de vi rosat i blanc. L&#8217;objectiu marcat \u00e9s poder-hi produir\u00a0<strong>350.000 botelles anuals<\/strong>\u00a0de vi procedent del ra\u00efm de la finca, en les quals hi ha les varietats aut\u00f2ctones Gir\u00f3 Ros, Mantonegro, com tamb\u00e9 altres tipus de ra\u00efm.<\/p>\n<p>La principal novetat i innovaci\u00f3 del celler \u00e9s la\u00a0<strong>grua monorail el\u00e8ctrica<\/strong>, que garanteix el transport amb cura del ra\u00efm dins el celler, despr\u00e9s de seleccionar-lo a m\u00e0, d&#8217;un en un.<\/p>\n<p>El vinater\u00a0<strong>Daniel Morales<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s el responsable del vi que s&#8217;hi fa, com el Twenty Twelve, el m\u00e9s popular, a m\u00e9s de Sa Fita, Lo Cortinel\u00b7lo, Es Fangar Elements i N&#8217;Amarat.
