De fet, es divideix en 5 seccions: Portrait mostra el cuiner m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;ofici i t\u00e9 com a protagonistes\u00a0<strong>Daniel Moreno<\/strong>\u00a0(Can Simoneta),\u00a0<strong>Cati Pieras<\/strong>\u00a0(Daica), Ariadna Salvador (Clandest\u00ed) i el cocteler\u00a0<strong>Joan Canals<\/strong>, entre altres. L&#8217;apartat Talk ofereix diferents entrevistes amb\u00a0<strong>Andreu Ben\u00edtez<\/strong>\u00a0(Bot\u00e0nic),\u00a0<strong>V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0(La Fortaleza). Tamb\u00e9 hi ha un apartat per a la creativitat que en aquest n\u00famero se centra en la reinterpretaci\u00f3 del variat, amb els artistes\u00a0<strong>Albert Pinya<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Pep Guerrero<\/strong>; a m\u00e9s de la secci\u00f3 Life que parla de les matances i dels comer\u00e7os emblem\u00e0tics de Palma; i una guia de restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>La cita va comptar amb la participaci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>Bel Busquets<\/strong>, vicepresidenta del Govern de les Illes Balears, que va destacar la import\u00e0ncia de la publicaci\u00f3 per difondre el patrimoni gastron\u00f2mic entre residents i turistes. Tamb\u00e9 hi va intervenir\u00a0<strong>Antoni Noguera<\/strong>, batle de Palma, qui va anunciar que l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma s&#8217;hi ha implicat perqu\u00e8 ofereix un espai per reivindicar comer\u00e7os emblem\u00e0tics, als quals &#8220;l&#8217;Ajuntament els dona una m\u00e0 amb ajuts especials&#8221;, a m\u00e9s, va remarcar que la gastronomia, juntament amb la cultura i el patrimoni s\u00f3n eixos d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 primordial i que espera poder presentar el tercer n\u00famero a la f\u00e0brica de Can Ribas, que l&#8217;estan rehabilitant per fer-hi un centre teatral; i el quart n\u00famero a l&#8217;antiga pres\u00f3 de Palma, on hi espera fer un centre art\u00edstic.<\/p>\n<p>La revista, editada en angl\u00e8s i espanyol, es pot comprar als quioscos per\u00a0<strong>10 euros\u00a0<\/strong>o al<strong>\u00a0web de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chefsins.com\/product\/magazine_2\/\">Chefsin<\/a><\/strong>.
