Segons explica<strong>\u00a0Alfonso Robledo<\/strong>, president de Restauraci\u00f3n, la idea \u00e9s que es recuperi un plat que ha sortit de moltes cartes de restaurants de les illes.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>jurat\u00a0<\/strong>del I Campionat del M\u00f3n del Pa amb Oli tendr\u00e0 al xef\u00a0<strong>Andreu Genestra<\/strong>, cuiner guanyador d&#8217;una estrella Michelin, com a president del concurs, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;altres membres com\u00a0<strong>Toni Gelabert<\/strong>, forner de la Pastisseria Real i guanyador del millor pa moreno de Mallorca 2018;\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Mas<\/strong>, propietari del restaurant Sa Llimona; entre d&#8217;altres cuiners i experts gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Igor Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, cuiner basc afincat a Mallorca i tamb\u00e9 membre del jurat explica que els\u00a0<strong>dos ingredients obligatoris s\u00f3n el pa pag\u00e8s i l&#8217;oli<\/strong>\u00a0i que les\u00a0<strong>llesques no podran sortir del plat\u00a0<\/strong>en qu\u00e8 es presentin, que concretament tendr\u00e0\u00a0<strong>20 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 apunta que es valorar\u00e0 el pa, l&#8217;oli usat, la qualitat dels ingredients i que aquests siguin locals, entre altres aspectes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premis per als guanyadors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El guanyador del Millor Pa amb Oli del M\u00f3n i els finalistes podran vendre la seva particular versi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest plat per 6 euros durant els quatre dies de la\u00a0<strong>Fira del Pa amb Oli<\/strong>\u00a0que se celebrar\u00e0 del 28 de febrer al 3 de mar\u00e7 a sa Feixina a Palma de Mallorca, en el marc dels actes organitzats per celebrar la Diada de les Illes Balears (dia 1 de mar\u00e7).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ha de fer per participar-hi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00a0<strong>apuntar-se<\/strong>\u00a0a la primera edici\u00f3 del Campionat del M\u00f3n de Pa amb Oli, nom\u00e9s cal enviar un missatge\u00a0a inscripcions [arrova] agenciacom [punt] com en el qual s&#8217;hi ha de posar les dades seg\u00fcents: nom, cognoms, restaurant amb el qual participa, tel\u00e8fon i email de contacte.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong>\u00a0inscripci\u00f3 \u00e9s gratu\u00efta<\/strong>.
