L&#8217;apicultor\u00a0<strong>Mart\u00ed Mascar\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0ha mostrat la seva satisfacci\u00f3 per participar-hi ja que les dues mels multiflorals que hi va presentar han guanyat la\u00a0<strong>medalla d&#8217;or<\/strong>, l&#8217;han considerada com la millor de les presentades al premi, juntament amb la siciliana Azienda Agricola Ventimiglia i la grega Bee-thoven Organic Beekeeping (Greece).<\/p>\n<p>Les mels mallorquines que han guanyat les medalles d&#8217;or provenen dels municipis de Petra, concretament de ses Cabanasses, i de Santa Margalida, de la finca de Son Real; uns guardons que se sumen a la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-mel-ecologica-caramel-de-mallorca-guanya-una-medalla-de-plata\">medalla de plata guanyada tamb\u00e9 per Caramel de Mallorca l&#8217;any 2017<\/a>\u00a0al mateix concurs, concretament a la mel recol\u00b7lectada al Rafal de Plan\u00edcia de Banyalbufar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biomiel\u00a0<\/strong>se celebra anualment a Bolonya (It\u00e0lia) i s&#8217;han tastat i valorat mels de Gr\u00e8cia, Italia, Romania, S\u00e8rbia, Espanya i Eslov\u00e8nia.
